In the house there is a small sitting room, kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms, one with an en suite toilet and basin. Bathroom has a toilet, shower, bath and basin. Undercover area set for eating alfresco and relaxing where you will also find a ground floor toilet and shower. Parking. Large garden.

Studio on the ground floor of a detached house (the upper floor is not rented) with 3 beds (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90), spacious kitchen area furnished and equipped with table and 6 chairs, sitting area with 2 armchairs and very nice fireplace (non-functional), large bathroom completely dug into the rock with bathtub and walk-in shower, separate toilet, private terrace with Jacuzzi from May to mid-September.

Ideal for discovering the Loire castles (Blois, Chambord, Amboise), the Loire and the Loir à Vélo cycling route, Beauval Zoo, or the cities of Tours and Vendôme. Terrace with garden view, cosy living room, equipped kitchen, mezzanine bedroom. A central base to explore the Centre-Val de Loire. Tours and visits can be booked with us. We speak French, English, and German.

In the heart of the Brandon wooded park, this cottage is ideal for a few days of vacation or teleworking, for couples, families or groups of friends. Located a quarter of an hour from Saint Pierre des Corps TGV station (55 minutes from Paris), it is close to the Châteaux de la Loire, the Zoo-Parc de Beauval and the "Cher et Loire à vélo" routes. Fireplace, fire pit, barbecue, TV and Wi-Fi are available. The kitchen is equipped and the bathroom has a washing machine.

The accommodation opens onto a private courtyard with personal garden furniture (barbecue, plancha, raclette service) and allows access to our large property. This house is particularly suitable for people looking for calm, greenery and walks.

It has been tastefully renovated, taking care to integrate the old side with the modern. Take your bike and crisscross the banks of the Loire, watch the birds and the beautiful lights pour into the river. You will easily be tempted by the many nearby cellars to leave with good Bourgueil wine. Settle into your luggage and make the most of it!
