On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

Maison entièrement rénovée, indépendante avec jardin clos. La maison dispose de 2 chambres (lit de 160 pour chacune), d'un salon/salle à manger, d'une cuisine équipée avec un îlot et 3 chaises hautes, d'une salle de bain avec douche et WC séparé. Ce gîte est placé sur une petite commune proche de l'axe Chambord et de Cheverny (15 min à peine pour accéder aux 2 châteaux), la situation est idéale pour la visite de châteaux, située à 35 min du Zoo de Beauval et du Center Parcs Les Hauts de Bruyères

Le Vieux Pressoir

Situé au milieu des vignes et en proximité des châteaux de la Loire, le Vieux Pressoir est un lieu de repos, de détente et de convivialité. Les producteurs locaux de vins, de fromages et de fruits et légumes sont présents. La Loire, les châteaux de Cheverny, Chambord et Blois, le golf de Cheverny (18 trous), le spa Caudalie sont situés entre 5 et 15 minutes du Vieux Pressoir. Le Zoo de Beauval est à 20 km. De nombreux circuits de marche et vélos sont accessibles à partir de la maison.

Possibility to store your bikes (castle route by bike). An electric charging station is available for your car: €10 package per charge. Beds made, towels provided, cleaning fee €40.
