Important: The studio is for sale. So I may have to show it to you (about 5 minutes), giving you advance notice and avoiding early in the morning or late in the evening. It's perfectly located, 50 meters from the beach! The village is very authentic, between Trouville and Honfleur. You can walk there along the beach. You can prepare your meals there. There is 1 convenience store 100 meters away and supermarkets 5 km away. The bed is convertible but made for permanent use.

Nice refurbished cottage with all the comforts, located in a farmhouse (but independent). Ideal place to enjoy the calm of the countryside near the beaches of Deauville and Trouville (2 km) and the racecourse and equestrian center (PIC).
