We rent our house with its sunny 20 m2 courtyard. Street parking is free. It's all about walking. The house is very bright, and pleasant for families with children. 2 points of attention: there are stairs, and we do not have a bathtub, only a shower (plastic bathtub for babies) The 3rd bedroom is the "annex": very nice bright space 30 m2, with sitting area/TV, table, sofa bed.
