This studio flat is in the same building like our other listing. Totally separated from main house with a modern kitchenette, a comfy double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Ideal for an individual or for a couple to have a nice short stay. It has a smart TV, wi-fi, central heating, micro,fridge, toaster and kettle. Has not got oven, hob, freezer, washer and dishwasher. Unfortunately not suitable for babies or children to stay. There is a roundabout almost in front.

But close to all amenities within a short walk. 3 minutes walk from Nottingham, Trent University. few minutes walk to number one bus stop. that takes you to Trent Bridge the forest, football ground (both 16 mins)and into the city (22 mins). Skylink bus directly to East Midlands airport. Morrisons supermarket is a short walk away 10 mins. Tesco express garage. With kfc and McDonald’s next door to the garage just across the main rd. from the village

Nancy was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome. We had a very comfortable stay in her lovely home. Our bathroom was really nice as were the treats she left us for breakfast both in the fridge and fruit etc. We would have no hesitation staying there again. While the property is near a busy road because the bedroom is at the back of the house overlooking the garden it was very peaceful. Parking was also convenient and safe.

True to name - charming indeed! Super great place to stay, so well maintained. Great location with the tram stop right outside. Elin is sweet, kind, understanding and helpful. She has great taste and the decor speaks for that. I felt safe and well taken care of. Will definitely recommend this stay for first time visitors to the UK especially. You’ll get a great crash course on life here!

Having stayed in one of Rich's room for 8 months, I can say that this was a great experience: the price was unmatched, and the proximity to the trams into Nottingham made a massive difference. The area is very peaceful, so although you're right next to the city, it doesn't feel like it. Rich was very helpful, and responsive to questions, which made the stay much better. Many thanks indeed Rich: highly recommended.
