Vacation rentals with beach access in Tortoreto Lido

The house is beautiful, super tidy and minimal... a five-minute walk to the sea... quiet area with great restaurants... host always responsive and friendly... with super flexible check-in and out... we will definitely be back... super great experience

Our stay was incredible! The view is unbeatable. The hosts are such friendly people and went above and beyond our expectations of helping us out. Rosetta and Marco helped me get to where I needed to go and made sure I was safe and sound. They were quick to respond and very helpful with great recommendations. As they said, renting a car is the best bet in this area.

An apartment with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. Complete equipment in excellent condition. Personal hygiene products as well as household products and basic condiments in the kitchen. We stayed there for two weeks and felt at home. A perfect central location close to beaches, restaurants and all shops. Everything is perfectly accessible without a car but if you have one the private parking space is right in front! The terrace is absolutely appreciable and everything is very quiet at night. Bruno is an extremely kind and dedicated host!! A delicate attention awaited us in the fridge on arrival, much appreciated!! We highly recommend it and would not hesitate to return.

We loved our stay at Lucia's apartment. The amenitites were as described in the listing with accurate photographs and the accommodation was extremely comfortable. The surrounding area had great shops, restuarants, and bars for evening meals and drinks. There is a supermarket 25 meters away from the aparment which was so convenient if you wanted to stay in and cook a meal. We felt very relaxed and at home. It was superb! Lucia was always there to help us if we messaged and the apartment was very easy to find with clear instructions for the use of the apartment, parking, local restuarants, and attractions. We are grateful for Lucia's help and would love to stay again! Thank you Lucia!

Very cozy home for us and our 8-month-old twins. Well-maintained beds with excellent mattresses. Tidy and very clean with a super stocked kitchen. The presence of a vacuum cleaner, which with two babies always on the floor, was very useful. Beautiful balcony for many dinners and lunches with spectacular views! The very welcoming beach resort with young and dynamic staff. Recommended!

Our experience at this property was extremely positive; Marcello's welcome was undoubtedly perfect; nice, polite and very clear in the directions. The cleanliness of the apartment is perfect; very clean bathroom, bed, sheets and wardrobe as well, and this is not a given, as we have unfortunately been able to ascertain in other facilities. Words are not enough to describe how incredibly beautiful it is here! Everything is even nicer than in the photos! Raffaele & Carla are fantastic hosts and have created an absolute paradise here. Thought out to every detail and created with a lot of love and incredible care, a place you don't want to leave. The property is a dream as well as the view of mountains and sea! The apartments are equipped with everything you need! They also gave us the best tips for restaurants and excursions and were always available when we needed something. We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. Great location, really nice place and very easy for everything.

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

The view and location were spectacular! Steps to restaurants and the beach! It was perfect!

We were guests of Sabrina because the children were engaged in a sports activity at Alnpalsport in Montesilvano. We had a great time, everything was tidy and clean, well-equipped kitchen, reserved car parking. Everything was perfect.

We spent a week at Giulia's apartment and we appreciated the tasteful design and especially the beautiful garden we shared with her family and other guests, very peaceful and over-looking the sea (which is very close by) so that we "forgot" the close road below it. We really appreciated Giulia's and her family friendliness and warm hospitality as well as the precious recommendations they gave about places to visit and to eat.

Everything was perfect, easy to access and very clean. Centrally located, 5 minutes from the central station and 15 minutes from the beach. The host was nice and helpful, with restaurant recommendation and quick answer to any of our questions.Pick this place when you are in Pescara! It’s really worth it! Grazie mille!

Great place to stay with my girlfriends for our little beach trip. Within walking distance to the beach, and centre of town. Couple of supermarkets nearby, plenty of space, two bathrooms, extremely clean. Needing a little TLC as property is an old Italian style apartment, but couldn’t fault it really. Excellent! The hosts are around the corner, easy to communicate with, beautiful and quiet. Large American style fridge freezer, kitchen has everything you need. They left some breakfast for us, water in the fridge, and what strike me the most the apartment was extremely clean!!!!! Large balcony, blackout rail in shades.. You won’t be disappointed! Enjoy

We have had the privilege of staying in Dino's apartment. I find the accommodation homey and welcoming, everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our days in the apartment. Dino was an outstanding host in everything from the initial instructions on how to get there, where to find the parking, etc., until we left the apartment. He was reachable very quickly for questions. He also offered us to borrow bicycles so we could go a good bit south along the beach promenade. I would love to come back again.

Five-star experience, excellent apartment all around. Close to the city center and the wonderful Molo Sud. Perfect also for mobile working with fast internet. Don’t forget to ask Gaetano for restaurant recommendations, you will be delighted.

Our stay was simply perfect, the two of them were extraordinarily helpful and the house was so clean and tidy that we have never felt as comfortable in other places as we did here. They were really friendly hosts and in addition they took care of our furry friend when we were not at home... an unforgettable experience, in fact, we will soon be more than happy to go back! thank you.
