They are in a separate building away from the main villa where the owners and host live. This is our lower unit, we call Le Jardin. The view from your outdoor seating area overlooking the bay is breathtaking. We have our own path to a private pebble/coral beach below. We are only 10 minute drive to Cruz Bay.

Ryan was an amazing host! Can’t believe how comfortable the bed was, we did not want to leave the bed! The patio was to die for, it was so relaxing feeling the Caribbean breeze. Ryan also hooked us up with a jeep excursion with Tiki Man Tours. That was an amazing way to see places on the island that only locals know about! We met Ryan as rental guests but left with a great new friend! Highly recommend and will book this place every time we return to St Thomas!

If you find yourself in St. John and want a beautiful secluded space with a great view, do not hesitate to stay here! The road getting up to it is extremely steep so if that is hard for you, that would be the only issue. Our jeep made the climb up and down no problem, but it was the steepest road I have ever been on! Other than that, the space is perfect for your homebase. I highly recommend Coffee on the porch for sunrise before your adventure of the day. A great clean space that just feels good to be in.

Pirates Villa-Family Friendly, Beach Access, Kayak

From start to finish we had a wonderful time at this home. Book VI provided a link to share with our group with the list of helpful pointers and recommendations from restaurants, beaches to shopping. The place was beautiful and well appointed and had comfortable beds too. We enjoyed using the beach chairs, snorkeling gear and the SUP while there. They had coolers too which came in handy for our beach outings. This place was about 15 min or so from Cruz Bay and grocery stores were nearby too. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay near Cruz Bay and enjoy seeing the stars, stay here. I highly recommend staying here.

Sunset Watch-Affordable luxury on a beachfront lot

The place is beautiful. The views are breathtaking and the apartment is very well equipped. Not easy to find at night the first time around, but Sonny was extremely helpful to get us there and for everything else that we needed during our stay. It was great to have Sonny to help us with any questions we had. The access to the beach can be challenging for seniors or those with disabilities. It is great to have the Sugarcane restaurant nearby. The food is very good and the service extremely kind. Finally, I'd recommend to place in advance an order for groceries and booze with Riteway. In our case, it was delivered from Tortola before our arrival date and it made our stay much easier.

Just wow!!! We’ve been coming to the islands for about 30 years, mostly staying in St. John… but the views from this villa were the best we have ever had! The villa was just extremely practical and homey! The king beds and cold AC helped us to recover from long days of hikes, snorkels, beaches, and shopping! The decor was so nice and we loved the live plants and orchids! We enjoyed the huge tv as we watched the college World Series in the evenings. The breezes through the villa were very relaxing! We will plan to come again! Thanks Michael for being so helpful, attentive, and quick to respond!

This home was in a perfect location with lovely, modern and CLEAN amenities for our family of 5. The house was stocked with everything except groceries! But what will make us book with BOOK VI again is how helpful and responsive the staff was to any question that we had. The text thread was super helpful as a means of quick communication. In addition, they helped us book transportation to and from STT to Red Hook Ferry as well as give recommendations for day cruises around STJ. Def want to give a shout out to Kekoa (best cat cruise we have done in the Caribbean)! We would highly consider rebooking at Pond Bay Villa on our next STJ adventure!

Utterly exquisite! The host was most gracious. The home was exceptionally well appointed! The views from every single window were breathtaking! I enjoyed using the kitchen it was welcoming and luxurious. Honestly, this home will always have a place in my heart. The peace and tranquility made my vacation unforgettable. Easy drive to anything you want to do and if you get rained out this home would be the only place on the island I'd want to wait it out.
