SeaBreeze House, Heard - Gorgeous Ocean View

Here you have a lovely house with large light entrances and with beautiful sea views and pastures around. Sea fishing is likely to be incredibly good here on the south coast. Fresh interior design in marine tones. Kitchen, dining area and living room (with one single bedding chair) on the ground floor, as well as guest-wc. Upstairs there is a large bedroom as well as another bedroom with a sofa bed (2p)as well as a single bed, bathroom with shower. Open fireplace for cozy evening in the kitchen or enjoy the summer evening out on the terrace with dining area and barbeque.

To the guest house there are two separate entrances. In Skivarps village there is a restaurant within walking distance. 4 km away there is one of Skåne's finest beaches, Mossbystrand. At the same distance you will find Abbekås with the possibility of a brew bath and Bongska house, restaurant, café and bakery. Dogs are allowed to come inside.

Cozy townhouse with garden & parking

Fresh townhouse of 106 sqm with garden! The downstairs has a large hall with storage, bathroom and a kitchen with a large fridge and freezer as well as everything you need to cook. Next door is a private laundry room. Further in there is a living room with big sofa and TV. Upstairs there are three cozy double rooms and one bathroom. It includes two parking spaces in the driveway. On the backside of the house there is a deck and lovely garden. Dog is not asked to be on couch/bed. Address: Smedgatan 41B, 274 35 Skurup

If you are interested in golf, there are many courses to play nearby, 5 km to Abbekås Gk, 14 km to Beddinge Gk. Explore Ystad where you get along the beautiful coastal road. If you want to enjoy the children, there is Tosselilla summerland with fun baths 33 km away. Smygehuk Sweden's southernmost cape is worth a visit. Renovated meadow of 90 m2 from the 19th century. The house was built on 10 years ago and is today a completely separate part of a larger residence. It has a private entrance and patio/small garden bordered by wall, and therefore appears as a completely unashamed dwelling. Private parking lot. Lovely countryside location along a gravel road with farms and fields around. Perfect for a small family with young children or a couple who wants a quiet place. Almost car-free. 5 km to white beaches and 20 min to Ystad.

Cozy guest house with bicycle distance to the sea!

Cozy guest house in the countryside nearby of the sea! It is close by to both Abbekås and Skivarp but also to gems along the south coast such as Ystad and Smygehuk. The accommodation is also a perfect base for excursions to Österlen and Bornholm. Mossbystrand is a several kilometer long sandy beach, borrow a bike from us to take a trip here! Abbekås has a lovely harbor with a bathing jetty where you can also eat well at Hamnkrogen. In the village there are also restaurants Dinah's Place and Pizzeria Solo.
