Charming cottage in beautiful Järnsida, a leisure area by the sea with walking distance to swimming area. The cottage is located next to a forest area. Lawn for outdoor activities, two terraces in different weather conditions. There is a barbecue and indoors there is a fireplace to burn in. Two single beds, a bunk bed, and a sofa bed are provided. Laundry machine in bathroom and shower with entrance from outside. 30 min to Kalmar and about 45 min to Karlskrona. Grocery store is located in Bergkvara about 2 kilometers away. 24/7 and farm shop in Bröms.

Newly renovated 1 bathroom with washer, dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. TV and Wi-Fi are not available. Check in at 16:00 Check-out at 12:00 PM Cleaning fee= Washing of towels, linens that are included. The tenant should wipe down surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom. Plus vacuuming before checkout. Nice house for rent by the coast

Welcome to a very fresh, bright and cozy house with that little extra. The house is very nicely located in Småland environment with proximity to the sea, meadows and forest. Lovely villa with sea view

Had a great stay at Christine and Roland's. The two are very nice, gave tips for the area and we were even allowed to come along on a small boat tour on Roland's motorboat. The house leaves nothing to be desired, it really has everything you need. Everything was very clean and you have a beautiful view of the nearby sea. We'll be happy to come back here!

DREAM Stay in magical house dating back to the 18th century

Yes, the house is old - but wow, what a charm! We chose this house for a quiet end to a family holiday in Sweden with several stages. We quickly felt comfortable and moved freely: because it was so clean and so tasteful, because despite the age of the house there were no restrictions and because everything we needed in everyday life was there, it was easier and better than expected. Various favorite places were quickly found. You can also get to the village quickly on foot and can even refill supplies in the small shop on Sunday. Not least thanks to this last beautiful stage, we can recommend not only a trip to Sweden, but in particular also this special place. We will be happy to come back!

Cozy house with a large garden and even more tranquility! Very homely and well equipped. Also in the garden several seating and lounging options. Very quiet neighborhood and close to nature. However, this is also a little off the shot. Great view of the bay, unfortunately no direct access to the water. Absolute recommendation for those seeking tranquility and relaxation.

We had a fantastic time at this place. Lovely enjoyed the nice large garden, we had beautiful weather. So nice to be so close to the sea where you are in a few minutes. The accommodation was very nice, you had everything you need here. and both us and the children felt right at home here! It exceeded our expectations.
