The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

L' appartamento "Gardenia" è arredato con tutto il necessario per una confortevole vacanza, può ospitare da 2 a 4 persone. Le spiagge distano a 8 minuti a piedi, ed i negozi sono a portata di mano. E' situato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione ferroviaria per poter raggiungere Pozzuoli e Napoli centro , la fermata del bus è fuori casa. NEL PERIODO ESTIVO vi è il traghetto al pontile di Torregaveta e a Monte di Procida per raggiungere le isole di Procida, Ischia e Capri, in pochi minuti.
