Beach house vacation rentals in Torre Vado

We had a wonderful, unforgettable vacation in this great apartment. Dania and her father have super organized the handling, check-in, questions and help on site, check-out. They welcomed us warmly and we were greeted with a welcome basket of specialties from the region. The apartment is well equipped, clean and spacious. The location, right on the beach, priceless... Thank you for this great time! We will definitely be back!

This house is a real gem. It is located right at the sea. There are stones in front of it but you can go swimming, if you want. On both sides approx. 5-10 min are very nice sandy beaches. The view is amazing and we had super nice sunsets. The house has everything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped. The decoration is maritime and quite cute. It was really peaceful and we had a great time. There are a couple of restaurants in the village as well as shops and even fish shop. We were there at the end of May. Many shops and restaurants were still closed but 20 min by car there is a bigger town where you have everything. We really enjoyed our stay. If you look for peace and quiet - book this lovely house! Highly recommended!

The small apartment is really fantastically located. The upstream road hardly bothered us, as the view of the sea and the dune landscape - both in stormy-rainy weather and in sunshine - is simply fantastic. We liked to take the slightly longer walk to restaurants and shopping (about 20-30 minutes on foot) as an opportunity for extensive morning walks by the sea and through the (seasonal) still somewhat sleepy streets of Torre di San Giovanni, which is characterized by vacation, weekend and summer houses. Overall, a great starting point for excursions throughout Salento. As already described several times, the apartment with the small kitchen is excellently equipped, we did not miss anything here at all. Communication with Emanuela and her parents is exemplary. We could not try out all the restaurant tips, but when we asked, we had helpful and targeted answers after 30 minutes at the latest! Thanks for the unforgettable days!!!

We had a great time!! Stefania was very nice to give us tips for the area, to communicate for check-in and to greet us on our departure. Fantastic location right on the beach and a small marina. We were there at the beginning of the summer season, so it was super quiet but with a nice bar open next door where you can have a coffee or a drink. I'd love to go back!

House in a very good location in a very quiet environment. Pietro is very available and has a real sense of hospitality. Ideally located to explore the area and with a small beach nearby (2 min walk) to swim safely and snorkel (which is a real plus, because in Italy the beaches are either private: overcrowded, or difficult to find for access to the water due to the geological specificities of the coast). We were a couple and really enjoyed this house.

We had a wonderful week at Antonio’s home. It was even better than the photos and description. Little details like having coffee to make in the morning, some water in the fridge on arrival and cookies for the girls. We arrived quite late and Antonio met us to ensure we got in ok. He was so helpful with recommending some great spots for food, beach clubs, local activities, local supermarkets. In my opinion, Antonio went above and beyond to ensure that we had a lovely holiday.

Very nice, clean, well-equipped apartment with a mega-large garden area. Very nice hosts who welcomed and said goodbye to us with gifts, Giuseppe was always available & everything worked out fine. We'll be back!

I booked Immacolata's place for my sister and cousins for their visit to Puglia. I wanted them to see the Salento region - and it was the perfect location. The property has steps that go to the sea at Cala dell'Acquaviva! The property is beautiful, pristine and has stunning sea views. It is a short drive to Castro Marina where there is the "beach" at the port, boat tours, restaurants, cafes and a castle! Or if you want to stay in, there is a full kitchen and a terrace overlooking the Adriatic sea. Immacolata thought of every detail. The place is more beautiful inside that what is show in the listing. I immediately thought, I want to come back here and have a holiday with my boyfriend! Immacolata and her husband are kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful house, super divided for three families, as there are three separate units and you can also retreat well. The disadvantage, however, is that the kitchens are therefore not very large. We imagined the distance to the sea to be smaller, you can already walk there but it is (especially with children) not quite as close as expected. Communication with Giulia was great, she always responded quickly and kindly and was very helpful and accommodating. The apartments were very clean and garden and Pool nice and well maintained.

Very nice house, very clean, with a very large terrace that is very much appreciated in this region. The place is great because you have access to beautiful beaches, rare in the region. It is central as we are less than an hour from Otrante, Lecce, Galipoli... We were lucky enough to meet the owner who is a very friendly and charismatic person who told us the story of this house from its construction and the olive trees that surround it. She should also write all this down and make it available to guests🙂. A BIG thank you to her for this wonderful exchange.

We felt completely comfortable. Rosanna welcomed us warmly and gave us useful tips. The house is in a beautiful unobstructed location... you could take a creative break here for a longer period of time! The rooms and decor are very tastefully designed. The pool is truly a dream. Nice water! In the kitchen it has everything you need. It is important to have a car, as a good Supermercato is already a 10-minute drive away. The beaches are very nice and the water clean and beautiful! Puglia is very pleasant to travel in autumn. It doesn't have everything open anymore, but it has a lot fewer people!

Excellent quaint house, wonderful yard, clean, and close to the beach. A great spot for my kids! Well worth the trip to the south of Puglia.

A lovely villa in a quiet location. 5 minutes drive away from restaurants and shops. The villa is a little rustic internally and lacks some home comforts. The outside area is stunning with lovely sea views. We had a restful stay and would recommend the accommodation.

We loved this place. The view from the terraces is stunning. The pool area is peaceful and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves most of the time. You can walk down to restaurants in 20 minutes. There is also a basic supermarket there.

Beautiful villa with lovely private grounds and pool. Felt at home straight away. Easy, if steep, 14 minute walk to the sea, Torre Vado town and bars and restaurants, plus many other places within 10 or 15 minutes drive. Umberto was easily contactable and very responsive. We spent a super week and were sad to leave!

Girgio's house is wonderfully quiet and has a large garden. It is very well located, superbly equipped and in a few minutes you can walk to the sea. If you walk a little further, you will come directly to one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. We would book the place again anytime. The house is not only very nicely located, but also well equipped and really clean and tidy. Giorgio's mom, who showed us the house, gave us tips for restaurants in the area - which were really worth it. What can I say, I'm sitting at home again and still dreaming of lying in the garden and hearing the sea a little while I doze in the shade. Thank you Giorgio for your hospitality, which made our stay so great!

It was a wonderful stay at Assunta’s place. She met us at the door and showed us the place (including the gated parking). She also gave us many recommendations. We went to two of her recommended restaurants, and they were both really good. Porta Cesareo is beautiful, and it’s walkable from the house. Assunta’s place worked out really well for us.

Arturo and his family welcomed us pleasantly .. extremely nice . The accommodation in its simplicity and cleanliness has everything you need and even more to allow you to spend a few days of serenity. Priceless sea view .. to disconnect the mind. Thank you so much for hosting us.

The place is so cute and is the perfect location to explore the coast of Salento . You’re right beside sea. The place is spotless and luisa was great at responding immediately. You’re a walk away from lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend as a base.

The place is a rare gem. The photos don’t do it justice. From the large patio you overlook the old centre of Otranto, a bustling quaint historical town. Yet the place is surprisingly quiet and very spacious, and has all the comforts you would want, including air conditioning in every room. We just loved our stay here. Very impressive. Stay at this one!

Words cannot describe how immensely special and beautiful this home is. Even the walls have soul! Every bedroom is in its own floor, which felt very private. The home is decorated beyond beautifully and is within walking distance of everything on the island, including amazing restaurants. What words cannot explain is how after staying at many Airbnb’s throughout our travels, the host is BEYOND amazing. She provided customized recommendations for everything on the island based on her experiences (the home is a beautifully restored family home)…. Places that avoided the typical tourist traps. She made sure we were absolutely comfortable, going out of her way at every opportunity. If her parking space is free, without a doubt, I recommend getting it as parking is very limited on the island. The view is literally the best in all of Gallipoli. Literally. Enjoyed so many gorgeous sunsets on 5 different terraces!!!!! Of course, the top one with a 360 degree view could not be beat!!!

Villa Carmen is a little piece of paradise. Tucked away on the hill overlooking the most outstanding view, you can’t help but feel peaceful and relaxed. It’s a modern building, built in a traditional stone style and full of character, in generally excellent condition. Inside it’s very homely. The furniture and fixtures are good quality and very comfortable . Plenty of kitchen items though none of the basics like oil, which would have been useful for a week’s stay. The outside space is expansive and has somewhere for all times of the day to sit in comfort. The manager is very friendly and we had no problems at all. Torre Vado in late October is quiet and free from crowds. Most of the restaurants and attractions are closed, but there are a few open. Walking down to the grocery and beach will keep you fit - it’s very steep! It’s well-located for the stunning clear beaches on the West coast of Puglia. I would gladly stay a month. Thank you!

Matteo's place was great! Walkable to the beach/marina, lots of different restaurants, old town, etc. We even found some hidden stair paths up to old town that made the trek easier since there's a lack of sidewalks. The place itself had laundry which was super helpful, and was very clean and spacious. No full kitchen, but the fridge, microwave, and coffee machine were all we needed. We don't speak much Italain, but Matteo's mom was still quite helpful with checkin, and Matteo was super responsive. Bonus, there were land turtles in the backyard, and a stunning view of old town! AC worked great too.
