Welcome to Casa Micocci, a stylish artisan-crafted retreat in the heart of Depressa, Tricase. Best for groups of 3 or 4 - a family of 4 with two small children, or 3 adults travelling together - the house features a king-size bed with linen sheets and a 3.5-meter-long custom sofa. The full kitchen, private plunge pool, and thoughtfully designed interiors make every detail a joy. Every element is locally made, celebrating Salento’s craftsmanship. You will be welcomed by large outdoor spaces with a relaxation area among tall trees and the relaxing roar of the waves.

The property is located about two kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Pescoluse and the port of Torre Vado. The double bedroom with private bathroom was created in an ancient "liama" completely renovated in accordance with its nature. The room comes with a pouf that can accommodate a third person. The villa is in Pescoluse and is 2 km from the sea. It is an independent villa, newly built, immersed in the large garden of olive trees and Mediterranean scrub. It has a large porch and outdoor spaces in which to spend moments of absolute relaxation; beautiful views of the sea of Salento! You'll love it for these reasons: views and relaxation are guaranteed. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
