La villa, di recente costruzione, è della tradizione architettonica salentina, con volte a botte e a stella. La struttura è immersa in un giardino mediterraneo di circa 7.000 mq. in un contesto di tranquillità e riservatezza, piscina, doccia esterna, un patio ,zona barbecue.
