Boogies boards, beach towels for short drive to Topanga Beach. Unwind, take in the views, secluded, perfect to explore Topanga's secret swimming holes, spring fed creek, hiking/biking trails. Books, board games, puzzles etc. when our hens are laying some fresh eggs.

Nestled just off Orange Grove Boulevard —famously known as Millionaire’s Row and along the iconic Rose Parade route—our property is central to Old Town Pasadena, the Huntington Library, the Gamble House, and offers convenient access to Southern California attractions. The property includes the Main House, where I reside, and a charming, stand-alone cottage for guests.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.
