We had the best stay at the Sandpiper House with Karen and Cameron as our hosts. Super tidy house with a great view and we were also spoiled with complimentary breakfast during our stay 😊 we had an easy check in with an even easier and simple check out. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Thanks Aurynes for promptly communicating with us when we enquired, and for easy to follow instructions on how to get into the property. Your accommodation was spotlessly clean and had amenities beyond what was expected, including snacks and fresh produce provided so that if we wanted to self-cater for a couple of days, it would have been very easy. Your home was spotlessly clean, and we couldn't have asked for anything more in terms of location, quietness of neighbourhood, and a great German Bierhaus a one minute walk down the road. Would recommend this property for anyone wanting somewhere reasonably central to all the amenities Geelong has to offer - about a 20 minute walk down to Packington St where all the amazing cafes and restaurants are, or 15 minute walk down to the waterfront - again : amazing cafes and restaurants. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

A very comfortable and well presented home great facilities and a nice new and comfortable clean and plenty of natural light.

We had a very relaxing weekend in Julie's place. We especially loved the fireplace and the lovely decor. The teenagers loved the table tennis. It was a very comfortable place for our family.

We felt right at home and at peace the minute we arrived. Despite miserable weather on our arrival, it didn’t dampen our experience in any way - it was a wonderful place to decompress and just enjoy a slower pace, and our young girls were ecstatic to play upstairs and in the yoga studio. Brilliant stay at Barbie May’s and will definitely be back there again one day. Suzie was extremely responsive and helpful with any requests, and even laid out Easter eggs for all the kids. The house was perfect for 2 families and it looked exactly like the photos. Great location to walk to the pub, shops and a great park for the kids. Thanks for a fantastic long weekend!

Polly is a wonderful host and has a beautiful house. It is modern, cosy and feels like home when you walk in. The neighbours cat goes the extra mile to make you feel loved too. A great experience, thank you.

Lovely little unit with everything you need for a getaway. We appreciated the cleanliness and all the amenities provided including washing machine, iron, hair-dryer etc (important to us as we were on the peninsula to attend a wedding!) A short 3 minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes to the pier and all the restaurants.

Dot was a great host and our stay was amazing, as food and drinks were also provided. We were greeted to a clean, cosy property. Great outdoor and indoor areas, spacious living room and bathroom. Overall, was an amazing stay and would recommend for others!

We had a lovely stay at Swan Bays View Apartment - Glenys and Geoff were perfect hosts - they think about everything including a real coffee machine, soy milk, generous provisions so you really didn't have to think about a thing. A wonderfully cozy self contained roomy apartment was provided. Glenys also provided lots of tips, advice and information on local history, geography and the best places to eat in the area. The hot tub was an added bonus, perfect in the colder weather and they made sure it was heated prior to our arrival - fantastic! Thanks again for the wonderful stay, we will be back again soon! Carol and Ken were very welcoming, the place was perfect for us. It’s just beautiful. They have done it very well. It was super clean and comfortable. We were in and out a lot due to events but made it very easy. Wish we could have spent more time enjoying that place too.

Fabulous place! We had an amazing time and it's probably the best-equipped Airbnb we've ever stayed at. The attention to detail is impressive, with everything thoughtfully provided, from the cozy bedding to the well-stocked kitchen. The host truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The location was perfect too—close to town and beach but still peaceful and private. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back

We had a great time at the Portarlington National Celtic festival over the June long weekend. To top this off our very comfortable accommodation was a highlight. The Hosts have put so much effort to make their place a home away from home and it shows with every thoughtful detail . Certainly would recommend to anyone wanting to stay and also explore the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula. Hopefully we can return for another luxury escape !! Rgds Margaret & Bob

A very cozy cottage, clean and private! The garden and pool were gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The driveway was a bit too steep for us so we parked our car on the quiet street in front of the entrance. It is located only a short distance to the Rye shops or an 8-minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Ralph & Robyn are the most gracious host's, I stayed in their cabin situated at the bottom of their beautiful cottage garden. It has everything you need for a short stay, they even include provisions for a yummy cooked breakfast & more. All amenities are extremely clean & well thought out. It's the little touches like the chocolates on the bed side tables & a bottle of port waiting for you when you arrive that I really love. This is my 2nd stay at Potters Garden and I will definitely return the next time I make plans to to visit the Hot Springs again, as it's only minutes away which is very convenient. We stayed 3 nights at Batesford Lodge and were immediately taken aback by the peaceful surroundings. The host Michael is very friendly and welcoming. Our room and ensuite were large and comfortable. We experienced a great sunset at Dog Rocks and wandered through Michael's established garden. Nothing was too much trouble and he gave us some foldaway chairs for the airshow to borrow. Continental breakfast was supplied which was an added touch. Jedi and Trixie are gorgeous dogs who love people. We loved our stay there thanks Michael.

We had a wonderful two nights at The Studio. The property was cozy and well equipped. A great location, close to restaurants, yet far enough away to feel secluded. The fire was on for our arrival, which was very welcome in the cool evening. We had a weekend of rain so were unable to enjoy the gardens, but of what we could see from the accommodation - it looked beautiful. Carole was warm, welcoming and very responsive. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time.

Had a wonderful stay here. The breakfast provisions were delicious, i liked that butter was included. The beds were cosy and the electric blanket was so nice during the cold weather. The kitchen tap also had a filtered water tap and the water was really cold and nice.

We had a great stay in Fay’s very clean, comfortable, and private studio. Fay is a lovely host and we’d be happy to stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kuldeep’s . The front section of a house on a new estate on the Bellarine . All as described- very comfy bed and good shower, lots of onstreet parking and walking distance to shops and food outlets. Always feels strange entering by someone’s front door but all sectioned off and private. Only downside was reaching over the bins to get at the lockbox and having to have the blinds down most of the time as the bedroom window is on the street.

Pamela does hosting like a mother, with love and care. If you are looking a true Airbnb experience as opposed to impersonal hotel experience, you would have come to the perfect spot. She even drove us out to grab dinner since it was raining and we came by bike. The place is immaculate and details are well thought out. Definitely, highly recommend

if you are looking to being spoilt and pampered, then you have come to the right place.!! As an added bonus, if you like doggies, as we do, wait until Bailey and Tralee snooze their way into your hearts. You will be smitten. Occasionally, ever so occasionally, you come across a stand out establishment that is heads and shoulders above the rest. Our hosts, Helen and Julie and their " Rose of Tralee" totally fit the bill .A complete package of excellence in every way. We wani to keep this place a secret, for our own selfish reasons, but like all the other wonderful reviews, the cat is already out of the bag.. It has been an honour and a privilege to have stayed at the "Rose of Tralee", absolutely faultless.!!
