It's just off the Great Ocean Road, a short walk to sparkling beaches, rock pools, the Split Point Lighthouse, swimming, surfing (or boogie boarding - there are two you can borrow), shops and cafes, with a sheltered outdoor shower. Use as your base to explore the Great Ocean Road, glorious beaches, charming seaside villages or bush walks and characterful country towns. At night go to sleep listening to the waves....

Welcome to your pretty, private guest suite at the doorstep of the Great Ocean Rd. Relax after a day at the beach in a cosy master suite with separate entry. Just minutes from Whites Beach, the Sands golf course, a supermarket and hip Torquay town. Your Bali-style suite is on a quiet, family-friendly street. No party animals please. This is an affordable hotel room-style stay. You will be staying in our home but your space is locked off from the rest of the house with no shared spaces.

Fee and Marks place is a peaceful spot in a quiet Jan Juc street, 15 mins walk to Jan Juc shops & beach, close to bus stop and 40 mins walk to Torquay or Bells beach. We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. Mark is an artist & has embellished home & garden with his work. Fee is a masseus with treatment room upstairs. Please contact Fee if you would like to prebook a massage.
