Cycling and hiking trails just around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you can walk to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car in 3. Free electric car charging. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. Here is an older cottage with a lot of charm to rest in. Breakfast included! The kitchen in the cottage is simple with a wood stove, electric mini oven and microwave. Possibility to use a fully equipped kitchen in the main house where toilet, shower and washing machine are also available. The wood-fired sauna warms well and there is also a sitting tub and battery-powered shower. On the porch, you can hear the water from the pond and a stone staircase leads you down to a lovely place for a coffee break. Borrow the kayak and paddle up from the pond.

Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a brand new built cottage with high standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There's a cozy plot that you have all to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.
