The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Feel free to use our surfboards and go for a surf, use our rowing boat only, 10-15min walk from the cottage! 10-15 min drive to Nynäshamn where you can find almost everything and hang out in the harbor during the summer or if you want to explore Stockholm city, it is only 40-50 min drive. The busstop is only 100 meter from the cottage!

In the summer, the pool is open, and the skateboard ramp is available. The well-planned house is 30 sqm, with a toilet/shower, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, and a loft with two sleeping spaces. The living room has a combined sofa/bed. Outdoor patio with a large deck, and a grill is available. Surfboards/wetsuits can be borrowed.
