Ældre charmerende stuehus som vi har restaureret og beholdt indretningen i retrostil. Ligger midt i Bjergbys dejlige bakkede natur. Rige muligheder for gode gå ture.Eller ren afslapning.Huset er vældig hyggeligt og indeholder opvaskemaskine microovn kaffemaskine elkeddel køleskab og komfur. 2,5 km til indkøb af mad Der er sengelinned . Max 10 km til skov og strand. Der er ingen fjernsyn. Huset opvarmes med brændeovn. Elmåler aflæses ved start samt ved afrejse. Rygning i huset ikke tilladt.

sommerhuset ligger kun 500 meter fra Vesterhavet og en af Danmarks bedste sandstrande. Fra huset og terasserne er en skøn havudsigt. Huset er fra 1966 og med en bevaret charmerende stil. De 48 kvm indeholder stue, køkken, badeværelse og 2 soverum hver med seng på 140:200. Udenfor er der terasser mod øst, syd og vest med gasgrill. Endvidere et udebad, og et Vildmarksbad som kan anvendes mod betaling. El afregnes: 4 kr pr kWh. Pengene afregnes ved afrejse i dk kr eller euro i kontanter.

Newly renovated holiday appartment on 1st floor in the manageres house in an old diary in the countryside. The appartments design is a mix of old and new in a little bit romantic style. It is placed in the middle of the beautifull and hilly nature, and there are several lovely beaches at the West Coast within 10 km. Please notice that there will be no surcharge for cleaning, as you have to clean it yourselv before leaving the appartment. You also have to bring your own linen and towels.

HUSK du skal selv medbringe lagner , sengelinned og håndklæder - der er dyner og puder. Stue og køkken med dejlig spiseplads med havudsigt,fryser. Terrasser på alle sider af huset. Nær flot strand. BEMÆRK : det er ikke tilladt at oplade elbiler via sommerhusets installationer pga. brand. Der lejes ikke ud til Ungdomsgrupper.

Sommerhuset vil fra forår 2025 være total restaureret. Der er nyt bad, nyt køkken, nyrenoveret stue med fedtstensbrændeovn. Vi har også valgt at installere en opvaskemaskine, så der bliver endnu mere tid til at slappe af. Søger du "hygge" i din ferie så er Kragebakken det rigtige valg. Du bor på en ugenert grund med kun 900 meter til en skøn strand . Huset ligger på en stor (2500 m2) ugenert grund.

We had the most wonderful stay at Martin's and would not hesitate to recommend his place to other guests. The design of the house itself is stunning - just as seen in the photos - and it is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by nature. The house was very well equipped with towels, linens, kitchen and bathroom amenities, and just about anything else you would want for a comfortable stay. Martin was a friendly, responsive, and generous host, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. We also had the pleasure of grabbing a bite and a coffee at his cafe (Keramikcafe' Mollehuset), which we can also highly recommend to any guests. Overall, we only wish we could have stayed longer, and would love to return at some point in the future. If you are considering staying here, you should not hesitate!

The kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, sink, and coffee maker, surrounded by wooden paneling. Cabinets provide storage space, and a compact stove with an oven is situated beside a refrigerator. Soft lighting enhances the functional workspace.

The place is rustic and low-ceilinged, but thoroughly updated. Enjoyed the quiet location and proximity to the beach and Kattegatleden.

Jeg har virkelig nydt mit weekendophold hos Julie. Både 'den lille havhytte', mulighed for vandring og de enormt smukke omgivelser. Det var tiltrængt og vil helt sikkert komme igen. Der er så enormt hyggeligt hos Julie og man kan sagtens være privat selvom Julie bor i sommerhuset. Julie er en virkelig god vært!

Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber man hat dennoch alles, was man braucht (inklusive einer Flasche Wein als Willkommensgruss). Gerne wieder.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es gibt alles, was man braucht. Vor allem der Garten und das leckere Frühstück haben uns die Zeit dort versüßt. Jens und Jane sind sehr herzlich und sympathisch! Vielen Dank, wir kommen gern wieder!
