This “Up North” cottage on Clam Lake is perfect for a family vacation (sl. 8). Bring your boat and jet skis to enjoy your days on the water. Torch Lake is only a 5 minute boat ride from the cottage. You can enjoy the use of 2 kayaks, 4 tubes and 1 stand up paddle board provided free for guests. Summer meals on the deck are the best! The raft in front of the cottage will be a favorite amenity. 1 window AC in living area and portable fans in every room. You will want to return every year!

Hilltop Hideaway is a 740 square foot, fully furnished, lower level, studio apartment. The rural, farm environment is surrounded by forest; tucked in the Glacial Hills of Antrim County. It’s a perfect place if you want quiet, solitude, and a private place to roam through the 33 acres of open sky, rolling hills, an antique apple orchard, and whispering pines. 2 miles to downtown Bellaire, 50 minutes to Traverse City or Gaylord. Adjacent to the Glacial Hills biking and hiking trails.

Beautiful Sandy Bottom. There is a huge dock that can accommodate 2 boats if you have visitors from across the lake. A fire pit near the shore for evening gatherings with a glass of wine and smores. RULE: If not a family with children, all guests must be 25 and older. No pets allowed.
