Wir waren super zufrieden. Einkaufsmöglichkeit unmittelbar vor der Haustür, zu Fuß schnell am See. Eigene Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Haustür. Petra war super freundlich. Wir kamen erst nachts um 3 Uhr an und dennoch ist sie zu uns gekommen, um uns die Schlüssel zu geben und alles zu zeigen. Gerne wieder!

Séjour mémorable dans un appartement mémorable. Les hôtes ont été très gentils et ont répondu rapidement en cas de besoin. L’endroit est fantastique et la vue de l’appartement l’est tout autant ! Nous comptons bien y revenir !

We stayed in Fabrizios appartment for around 10 days to participate in watersport training and racing on lake Garda. The appartment is very much in the centre of Torbole, but really quiet. 2 min walk and you are at the lake. It has very nice wooden flooring and is equipped with everything you need. Fabrizio gave perfect instructions how to get the keys and how to get things to work in the appartment.

Unique, Overlooking Lake Garda

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen! Die Wohnung ist super geräumig und genial aufgeteilt. Es gibt viele Rückzugsorte, jeder kann den Urlaub genießen. Die Aussicht aus den Zimmern und den beiden Balkonen ist spektakulär! Bäckerei, Restaurants, Bars und verschiedene Strände sind ganz einfach zu Fuß erreichbar in 10-15 Gehminuten. Wir haben oft selber gekocht - Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Gasherd 😊! Geniales und ruhiges Hide-away, aber trotzdem direkt am See. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wunderbare Unterkunft mit allen was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Schön ruhig gelegen und doch sind in 5 min Fußweg Restaurants oder auch Supermarkt schnell erreicht. Parkplatz vor der Wohnung war auch immer einer frei. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert und auch die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und proaktiv. Absolute Empfehlung :)

Appartamento “Parco Ulivi”

Wir haben eine sehr saubere und großzügig geschnitte Wohnung mieten dürfen. Es ist alles wie beschrieben und die Kommunikation unkompliziert und schnell. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentrumsnah (3 Min zum Bäcker/Eisdiele, 5 Min zum Gardasee, 10 Min zum Supermarkt). Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Seife, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck sind vorhanden. Sogar eine Waschmaschine kann genutzt werden. Internet stand jederzeit zur Verfügung und konnte problemlos genutzt werden. Wir konnten einen kostenfreien Parkplatz gleich in der Nähe nutzen - der Tipp kam direkt von dem Gastgeber. Wie beschrieben ist eine Klimaanlage nicht vorhanden. Wir haben aufgrund der hohen sommerlichen Temperaturen Anfang September 2024 nachts alle Fenster öffnen müssen. Ab und an war so der Straßenverkehr vor der Wohnung deutlich hörbar. Bei geschlossenem Wohnzimmer- und Küchenfenster hingegen war es im rückseitig gelegenen Schlafzimmer auch bei offenem Fenster deutlich ruhiger. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert.
