Overall beautiful home with beautiful views at a great value. My fiance and I discussed remodeling our kitchen with this design even As a business owner myself I think its important to give proper feedback so people are held accountable to make improvements. Our only issue was that the electric was out on the wall that held the TV/Fireplace. The homeowners responded quickly and sent someone to fix the breaker same day but were unable to do so. They gave us an extension cord to run from a different wall for the TV which was a minor nuisance but not a major deal. However, we were not able to get the fireplace working which is something we were looking forward to using and then we were told that someone would come out a 2nd time which they never did. Unexpected issues arise so I am not disappointed by the initial issue but was disappointed that it was not resolved during our stay. Overall would stay again and expect the owners will be better prepared for issues like this in the future.

Very friendly and responsive hosts. Very nice and quiet neighborhood.

Great quiet neighborhood, close to the city with out the traffic. House was clean and very nice. Plans changed during our stay and Dennis was quick to respond and understanding. Check in and check out process was easy.

If you're looking for the perfect lake-side get-away, you've just found it! This gem might be one of Utah's best-kept secrets! The house includes everything you need for the perfect beach vacation, beach and all! The custom kitchen is absolutely breath-taking and is well-stocked. Plenty of room to fit the whole family. Beds are very comfortable, and just wait until you see the luxiourious master suite! We loved spending Memorial Weekend here fishing, paddle boarding, canoeing, and watching the birds and sailboats (yes, sailboats!) go by! We didn't want to leave!

We had a great stay at Sheryl’s place! The basement apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It has three comfortable bedrooms, a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and even laundry—everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Sheryl was thoughtful and left snacks for us, which was such a nice touch. The space felt very private and welcoming. We’d definitely stay here again—highly recommend!
