Only parts of the wardrobe in the hallway are available for rent as I live in the apartment when it is not rented out. No parties.

Grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants 5 minutes away. Bus to the center takes about 10 minutes. Hiking trail in the forest right next door. Possibility of charging electric cars by arrangement.
