The house is "close to everything" i.e. in the immediate vicinity of the city, the sea and the forest. Only 10 minutes walk from the city center and the pier. The tea forest is the closest neighbor, and Kaldnes Brygge is right on the street. Large terrace around the house, dining area, gas barbeque, and garden furniture for relaxing. In the living room there is big TV and music system. The beds are of good quality with great comfort. The house is well-maintained and manicured. Partially refurbished, something new and something old with a good atmosphere both inside and outside.

A modern kitchen presents sleek black cabinetry and appliances, complemented by a stovetop and oven built into the counter. A round dining table with transparent chairs is situated nearby, while a window allows natural light to brighten the space.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and chaise lounge ( suitable for a child to sleep on) and one with 2 single beds that can be put together. Honestly a great place to stay where you get a lot for the money. Soft beds, great balcony with morning sun, lots of room and has everything you need. Might be a little remote location, but the person we were visiting lived a kilometer away so it fit us perfectly. Honestly just go for it, its a great place to stay. We will consider it again on our next trip :)

Great holiday spot and nice host! order and tidiness was absolutely amazing, the outdoor area with the gazebo was absolutely gold for children and adults both during the day and in the evening! can be highly recommended!

We had a great time with the family at Mette's. The house was very nice, bright, with all the comforts you need and a beautiful kitchen very well equipped for a stay with a toddler. We enjoyed the large wooden terrace for outdoor dining, the pretty garden and the large bathroom. We were in a quiet area, with a nice view and a 5-minute walk to the beach. Thanks Mette 😊

We rented this great house in connection with the Flint Football Cup, and we couldn't have been more satisfied! The house is large, well executed and incredibly cozy. It was clean and nice everywhere, and we greatly appreciated the nice details from the house owners, such as the handwritten welcome greeting and available basic goods. The house has everything you need, plus a little more! The large garden and the nice terraces were perfect for the morning coffee. The location is also good, with a short distance to most things. Four large bedrooms and a loft provide plenty of space for many guests. Highly recommended! 😊

We were two families in Fagersandveien 3 for 5 nights. Swimming and crabbing from the pier. Small beach and shop in walking distance. Boat trip to the bolars. Bike ride to Tønsberg and Ringhusstranda. Nice runs. As you can see from the photos, the house is new and very cool, here all aesthetic and practical details are thought out and done. If you miss something here, you are picky Reportage 😉 in the magazine Bonytt (standing on the shelf in the kitchen) describes the details better than me. In a week you can have your morning coffee in a new delicious seating area every day if you want. It is generous with table linens, dry goods, towels, toys(!) and everything else that makes the holiday easy and straightforward. Recommended 👍
