Cozy cottage close to the sea in Finnharsfjärden 35 minutes from Gävle. The main building of about 50 sqm2 has a bedroom with four beds as well as shower and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher that is newly renovated in 2020. Living room with wood stove. Fiber retracted. Large plot with nice grassy areas and only a stone's throw to the sea. On the property, there is also a guest house with two beds in a sofa bed and a bunk bed with a wider lower bed, the house is newly renovated. On the plot you can also find a newly built wood-fired sauna available

Now our guest house with sauna is ready for those of you who want to rent a cozy cottage with 6 beds, wonderful view of the lake and Järvsös ski slopes. Bathing jetty with free access to rowboat May-Sept. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you go to the slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3 (electric car charging is available). The lake is tracked under the correct weather conditions, so if you want to go long, it is possible. The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 1 bathroom and fireplace and is our little paradise!

Fantastic cottage right next to the lake. Sauna, hot tub and boat with motor. Long jetty by the beach and the swimming pit in the water. The cottage is located in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5min from E4. Shop is 10min drive from the cottage. The cottage lacks electricity and running water. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water in cans. Boat available May-Oct. The hot tub is under new construction and will be ready when the water has sunk away. Calculated to be ready mid/end of May.

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are taken by the guest or can be rented for 150 SEK/set. TV and Wi-Fi are available. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table and a wood-burning sauna. In summertime there is also heated swimming pool. An additional accommodation in large apartment can also be rented.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hot-air oven and stove with induction stovetop etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Take a long forest walk and coziness in front of the fire. There is possibility of sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe and simpler rowing boat are available to borrow.

Lake cabin with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: The ice is now March 19 still thick, but can start to become landless facing south. The snow about 10 cm. Any ski tracks nearby. Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away.
