It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as their pet. S-Bahn towards Düsseldorfer Messe (approx. 50 minutes), downtown (approx. 20 min) & the airport (around 40 min), Cologne center (about 40 min), as well as a bus towards Düsseldorf Uni, within walking distance. Bus connection right outside the door. Taubental industrial park 1 km away. The entire apartment was renovated in 2023, including new windows and a new bathroom.

Vor der Türe gibt es viele Parkmöglichkeiten. Hüls ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, mit Restaurants und einer Bar in 300 Metern und einer Bäckerei in 20 Metern entfernt.

The door is lockable. 1 office chair for home office can be provided. There is 1 small table with 2 chairs in the front garden. English and French spoken. Welcome!

I offer a cozy apartment on the 1st floor of my small settlement house (DHH). The Forstwald district is located on the outskirts of Krefeld and is surrounded by fields and forest. Nevertheless, you can reach the highway entrance towards Düsseldorf, Cologne, Mönchengladbach or the Netherlands (A44, A52, A57, A61) in a few minutes. ‼ ️ The apartment is not suitable for people with animal hair allergies. 2 dogs live in the house and guest dogs are welcome ‼️
