Very nice and comfortable apartment as in the photographs,a spectacular view from the beautiful terrace view of Playa la Herradura,Puerto Guayacan and Coquimbo,to go by car from Santiago medium easy access so that those who do not know the area can complicate the return on Route 5 to enter the condominium . 10 of 10 is completely worth the value for a getaway to the beautiful region. Very nice house in a privileged place in Tongoy, in a quiet setting. The house looks like it's brand new, no smell of humidity (very common in beach houses), and it's very practical. Enrique and his wife are two excellent Superhosts! They've earned that title 👏👏

Very well located house in a quiet place. It's exactly as shown in the photos. It has an internet connection for fiber optics, so excellent speed and there was a desk in case you need to work. The host and her father, who was the one who received us, were helpful at all times.

Very good accommodation, Maria always answered our questions, we felt right at home, family environment, the house met all our expectations, even more so for our 2 pet dogs, who had a large patio. The area where it is located is safe and you can walk to buy bread for breakfast. Very friendly concierges. In short, I recommend this place 100% 👍

The house is very comfortable and is as shown in the images. The environment is very quiet, perfect for those who want to disconnect, the host was always available to answer our questions and provide help. They must be clear that it is necessary to move to Coquimbo, Totoralillo, Guanaqueros, Tongoy or Serena to find a beach. Transfers between 5 to 15 minutes depending on the traffic

The house is larger than what you see in the photos, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is completely closed for pets. Diana welcomed us in the morning and was attentive to any questions. A good place to rest, it is close to La Serena, but has a Valley climate!

A beautiful, comfortable house, the condominium is quiet and safe, with spaces to share that are always clean and well maintained! And the host is a sweetheart! Reliable, friendly and very loving!!! We'd go back a thousand times! Besides, Playa Socos is beautiful!

The apartment is just as the pictures show. Comfortable and located in the sector closest to the Puerto Velero marina. The view is the best, from the master bedroom and from the dining room and terrace. When I needed something, Monica handled it immediately. Excellent experience

Nice apartment to stay close to downtown, the stadium is in front, a point to consider if there are events. Hospital nearby and several stores just minutes away.

Good and fast communication with the landlord. The apartment was as described, beautifully and personally furnished. Beautiful glazed balcony where you can enjoy the view. Everything clean, quiet location, shopping nearby. The Pacific is close enough to touch, as is the acoustics of the surf.
