Very nice and comfortable apartment as in the photographs,a spectacular view from the beautiful terrace view of Playa la Herradura,Puerto Guayacan and Coquimbo,to go by car from Santiago medium easy access so that those who do not know the area can complicate the return on Route 5 to enter the condominium . 10 of 10 is completely worth the value for a getaway to the beautiful region. The house is very comfortable and is as shown in the images. The environment is very quiet, perfect for those who want to disconnect, the host was always available to answer our questions and provide help. They must be clear that it is necessary to move to Coquimbo, Totoralillo, Guanaqueros, Tongoy or Serena to find a beach. Transfers between 5 to 15 minutes depending on the traffic

Fran was a great host. Loved the place, it was comfortable for our large family. Close to the beach, shops and small convenient stores in case you need something quick.

We loved our stay at Maximiliano's place, he's an excellent host. Fast and smooth communication, very concerned about us. Our arrival was on the day of the blackout and he tried to communicate with me as best he could so that we would be calm about the arrival from the airport to his house. We needed a couple of utensils and he got them for us. We were super happy and enjoyed our stay at their home. Very quiet area, with very complete mini-markets around. The house is about 5 minutes from the beach. As a tip to keep the house tidy and clean: the garbage truck comes by on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. We hope to return :)

Absolutely everything was perfect 🤩 the dpto has all the amenities to such an extent that I felt like I was at my house and that is very difficult for me!! The view of the depto is simply spectacular the sound of the ocean waves is a whole therapy. The super-equipped apartment. María Luisa, you have thought of every detail!
