We would like to welcome you in our former photo studio, in the centre of bustling Eindhoven, where there is always something happening. the studio is hidden behind the house, you will stay in the beauty of our city garden that will amaze you. With a private back entrance you have access to this idyllic spot, equipped with all comforts. The High Tech Campus, the City Centre, the Van Abbe museum, and Strijp S are within easy reach! In the back of the garden of our 1930s house is this workspace of approximately 25 m², an intimate, serene place with a loft for sleeping and an interior with collected art objects. A place to write, work, or simply relax and unwind. At the same time, you are surprisingly centrally located: within 7 minutes, you can walk to the bus stop, from where you can be at Strijp-S in 5 minutes and in the city center in 10 minutes. There are also bicycles available to explore the area.

With a private entrance, complete privacy and a fully equipped kitchen, we offer a warm, homey stay. Parking can be paid for in front of the door, outside the ring free of charge. Private Studio for 1 or 2 persons in a quiet residential area with private entrance, kitchenette, bathroom and separate toilet. Perfect for longer stays for 1 person. 2 persons stayings only till 2 weeks. Owner Mirjam lives next door. Close to parks, supermarkets, restaurants, ASML, High Tech Campus, easy and close busconnection. registration at the city hall is now obligated for longer stays. at the end i need a copy of deregistration.

Guest suite 10 min walking distance from the city center!

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a completely renovated and well-kept townhouse build in 1921. All privately yours. The apartment is located opposite a cosy and lively town square with several restaurants. The health, safety and well-being of my guests is a top priority.

Restaurants, cafés, winkels, supermarkten, groenteboer, bakker, ontbijt- en lunchrooms binnen een straal van 200 meter. Toplocaties zoals Kleine Berg, Wilhelminaplein en Stratumseind zijn op zo’n 500 meter te bereiken.

A nice, small city studio in the center of Eindhoven. Our favorite cafes and restaurants are at the end of the street and around the corner in De Bergen. A supermarket just around the corner. Walking distance to downtown with its shops and museums. Bus stop at 400 m. And within walking/cycling distance of museums, Strijp-S, HTC, ASML Price includes tourist tax.
