Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

La Mason dl'Arc - Cabin in Gran Paradiso

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest core dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

Federica has created a PRIVATE area immersed in the tranquility of nature, ideal for unwinding. You'll find the Skyroom, a tiny house with windows overlooking the lake, complete with a retractable transparent roof for admiring the sky. There's also a gazebo with a table and loungers, and a fully equipped bathroom, all for the exclusive use of the skyroom. A delicious breakfast is included, and for those who want it, an EXTRA is the private use of the lake-view jacuzzi

The chalet is a detached cottage with a private, fenced garden, located near the provincial road. It is located on a fenced hillside farm. From here you can easily reach naturalistic and cultural circuits within a few minutes' drive. It is 2.5 km from the village center services, 32 from the center of Turin, 39 from Asti, 40 from Caselle Airport. Free parking spot in lit outdoor pitch. We will be happy to welcome your pet if it is calm and well-behaved.
