Great place, great host!

A my-home experience at Village Gotanda. Had everything for a comfortable modern living. My family of 4 enjoyed it very much.

What a wonderful home! Chihoko was so incredibly helpful, kind and thoughtful. Recommended restaurants, parks and entertainment! The location was walking distance to DT line and the bus...so it was super easy to explore. And one stop to the bustling Shibuya. At night the neighborhood was so quiet, and the beds so comfortable. Having Lawsons across the street made our jetlag bearable. And having space for our family of 4 to spread out was great. Don't miss this spot! Book it and love it! 5 stars!

Beautiful and spacious place right next to the Takanawadai station so finding the place is not hard and also after a long day of walking and exploring you get off the train and walk 1 minutes from station exit and reach your accommodation. Where in the world can you get your own private gym in Air Bnb at this palce you do. The place is clean and exactly as described. I would say that if you are taller then 6 feet then you might have limited space in bed. The beds are tatami style and are comfortable with clean linen. The place has two toilets and 2 bathing area. Kitchen is clean and the utensils are provided but we did not do any cooking so did not see what is available. Another good feature is the water cooler so you do not have to but water for the accommodation. Seven eleven and lawson is short walking distance. Great place highly recommend Keiko is a great host and we will be back.

Excellent location…an easy walk to Shibuya Station about 10-12 minutes. Apartment was very quiet and well equipped. Takumi communicated well with clear instructions on navigating to the apartment. 100% recommend watching the YouTube video they provided. Made it so easy and clear to find. We enjoyed our stay!

房东回复消息和解决入住时遇到的问题都非常及时，沟通整体非常顺畅。这个预定的room是位于整栋建筑的三层，三个卧室，其中一间卧室还是日式装修风格，带来非常特殊的体验感。厨房做轻食也很方便。浴室和两个独立厕所的卫生以及设置的维护成度都很棒，能看的出平时的用心维护。洗衣房外的阳台晾晒衣服很方便，洗衣机也很干净。下楼楼道略窄，但我猜这是日本核心地段街区房屋建造的共性？楼下可以步行至押上站，旁边就是晴空塔，在附近的salamachi购物也很方便，基本可以满足一般日常生活的所有需求。唯一可能的短板就是临着一条主街，晚上偶尔会有摩托车非常快速的经过，对于有幼儿和老人的这种需要优质睡眠质量的群体可能体验感差了一些。其他方面真的都非常棒！非常推荐。尤其是你在乎装修风格，卫生质量，设施配置的话。

Nous avons adoré ce logement ! La ligne de métro qui se situe à 15 minutes à pied nous a permis de nous balader dans les différents quartiers aux alentours d’Asakusa. Il y a plusieurs temples magnifiques à découvrir très proche du logement, qui lui même est situé près de la rivière Sumida. Le logement est très fonctionnel, semblable au photo. Très facile à trouver grâce à l’hôte qui est réactif, il a été très amical et nous a bien conseillé. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement !

ゴルフコンペの仲間で前乗り宿泊で利用させていただきました。 8名で宿泊しましたが、リビングもキッチンも広々していて、とてもくつろげましたし、駐車場も広くて便利でした！ オーナーさんがチェックイン時に丁寧に室内や設備の説明をしてくださり、 安心して利用できました。 色んなゴルフ場に近くてとても便利なので、とてもおすすめです！

Everything was great, its a really nice house conveniently located. Its worth exploring the neighborhood a little its cute! Hosts are super friendly and helpful. We stayed as a family and had a great convenient time. And we would definitely book again!

Kumiko is a wonderful host who will help you with anything you need, whether providing snacks, taking you to and from the station, or helping with suitcases. The place is very clean and the location is a great location that you can easily travel anywhere to. Her two pets make the stay a 12/10 as well

It was very clean and was in a great community. Hot days were nice because of the AC units, and of course amazing views of the skytree. Loved it all!

I had an amazing time. The location was perfect and conveniently located near a station and was very easy to get to. The house was very lovely. Host and co-host were very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here.

I enjoyed my stay in this quiet neighborhood. Everything listed in the description is there. The workstation was a nice extra that is rare in Airbnb. I even reserved this location a second time. It really is possible to get to the subway station in under 10 minutes walking, and there are several convenience stores in the area.

The stay was absolutely perfect. We felt at home the entire time and Ayumi & her family went above and beyond to make sure we felt like we were at home and answered any questions we may have right away. The area surrounding the home is peaceful, and there’s something special about the small town feel. We can’t wait to return once more during our stay, thank you very much!
