One set of sheets is provided per bed. ■ Pool Information Availability: May to early October Depth: 1.1 meters In May, June, September, and early October, the water temperature is automatically adjusted up to 32°C. However, due to outdoor temperatures, the water may feel cooler on colder days and swimming may not be comfortable. In July and August, the pool heating function is turned off. The gazebo (sunshade) curtains will be installed from mid-July through August. I am a person who is very particular about bedding, so I adopted the finest mattresses and pillows from a major Japanese manufacturer, NITORI, which cost 150,000 yen per unit, for all rooms. It will help you rest from your travels. I was born and raised in Shinjuku, and I develop and manage 6 hotels and 7 private lodging properties in Shinjuku. I fully renovated the house, taking advantage of my experience studying in San Francisco and staying at luxury hotels around the world (Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Aman, etc.). ① Great location It is located just a 1-minute walk from Nakai Station and 7 minutes by train to Shinjuku Station. Access is excellent, but it is a quiet residential neighborhood, so you can relax and unwind. After enjoying sightseeing and shopping, you can relax in a quiet environment. ② Shops that only locals know The owner was born and raised in Shinjuku, and is a guide familiar with the local charm of the Shinjuku area and Tokyo. A log house villa located in a place that is easily accessible to both Nikko city and Lake Chuzenji. It can accommodate up to 4 people (please note that if more than the number of guests on the day come, we will not be able to accommodate them), and has high-speed WiFi. It is fully equipped with 4 Simmons semi-double beds, air conditioning, and a heater. You can also enjoy movies in the bedroom using the projector. (We have Chromecast, so please operate it from your mobile phone.) It is also equipped with a coin-operated washer and dryer for longer stays. * The washing machine is free to use once during your stay. * Please note that there is a separate fee for the dryer. ⭐We now rent BBQ utensils, which many guests have requested The rental includes charcoal and a BBQ table, but food is not included in the rental price. (Also, I recommend a pot because it gets cold and windy around October) Please let us know in advance when you use it.
