A small sleeping alcove with a double bed and a separate sauna. There are two terraces, the one in the west has a dining table for 6 people with an incredible view of the open sea and the horizon. There is also an outdoor sink on the east side terrace as well as a gas grill. A dry toilet directly outside the sauna as well as a separate newly-built shower and laundry room as well as a frozen toilet a short distance away.

The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Cozy house from the early 1900s in Herräng. Only a few minutes to the sea and swimming on rocks or beach. Average standard and everything you need is available. To Herräng it is 6 km and to Hallstavik where there are more shops, pharmacies, liquor stores, etc. it is 16 km. The house is in an area between nature reserves so there are incredible nature experiences for those who want them. We have a barbecue area by the sea that you can use. If you want to fish, that's fine. There are some indoor and outdoor games as well as a trampoline.

The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Mitt i naturen med vackra vyer åt alla håll, njuter man av skärgården året om. Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en brygga och bjuder in till bad.

The house rules are not for events and parties but to enjoy the nice Grisslehamn and the tranquility of the environment. You must be at least 30 years old and no smoking indoors.
