Hakoniemi is a coniferous peninsula in North Karelia, located in the inland archipelago of Northern Saimaa. The creative space in Rääkkylä, Oravisalo, provides a framework for working and leisure, combining creativity and nature.The 1925s old farm has got a new life as a center of creative activity where you can organize workshops, events, marketing projects and tourist and accommodation services.

The bathroom features modern fixtures with a white vanity and sink, accompanied by a washer. A clear glass shower enclosure stands next to a white toilet. Wall-mounted mirrors reflect light, and wooden ceiling beams add a touch of warmth. Gray tiled flooring completes the contemporary look.

Uusi yksiö ydinkeskustassa Pielisjoen rannassa

Tervetuloa tilavaan kolmannen kerroksen yksiöön ydinkeskustassa lähellä rautatieasemaa. Vuonna 2020 rakennetussa hissitalossa on kaikki nykyaikaisen asumisen mukavuudet. Asuntoon kuuluu lasitettu parveke. Vieraille on liinavaatteet. Huoneistolla ei ole omaa parkkipaikkaa, mutta maksullinen P-Kanavaranta on talon vieressä. Muuta huomioitavaa: Hiljaisuus klo 21.00. Ei sovellu juhliin, bileisiin, illanistujaisiin eikä bilettäjien tukikohdaksi. Öiseen aikaan liikuttava hiljaa. Tupakointi kielletty.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Mökissä on juokseva kylmä ja lämmin vesi. Vesi on juomakelpoista. Myös sisä vessa ja suihku. Puu sauna jossa on kaunis maisema lammelle. Löytyy keittiö kalusteita kuten jääkaappi, pakastin, uuni, liesi, mikro, astianpesukone, veden ja kahvinkeitin. Myös pyykinpesukone löytyy. Auringon valo tulee mökille koko päivän ajan.

Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä polkupyörä. Parkkipaikka lämmitystolpalla(pistoke) oven edessä. Jos sinulla on kysyttävää niin autan mielelläni.

Kohde soveltuu loistavasti myös etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene. Palju käytössä lisähinnasta 70€. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana. Poikkeustilanteessa liinavaatteet järjestyy kuitenkin majapaikasta erillisveloituksella.

Experience the true traditional Finnish lake cottage life. This log cottage was built in the 1800's with hand carved logs. It is located on a beautiful lake shore with fantastic views. Here you can enjoy nature and total silence and peace just a 10 min. car drive from Savonlinna centre. You have a good chance of spotting the endangered Saimaa ring seal, often swimming in front of the cottage. Both the cottage and the sauna are just a few meters from the lake shore. Good 4G connection!

Huoneistossa voit nauttia saunomisesta ja tilavasta parvekkeesta. Kohteessa on hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Keskustaan pääset Ylisoutajan sillan kautta nopeasti vaikkapa vuokraan sisältyvillä pyörillä. Huoneistossa on ilmalämpöpumppu, joten yöt sujuvat kesälläkin viileässä. Juhlinta on kielletty.

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

A small kitchenette is equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator, positioned beneath a wooden shelf holding various jars. A compact dining table with a single chair is visible, while a colorful curtain patterns the window, allowing natural light to filter through.

ERitt'in kaunis maisema ja sijainiltaa melko lähellä tarvittavia palveluita. Rauhaisaa luonnon lähellä olemista pois kaikesta kiireestä. Majoittaja oli maan läheinen luonnon ymmärtäjä ja mukavaa juttu seuraa. Varmasti menen toistekkin

Siisti ja hyvin varustettu rivitalon päätyhuoneisto rauhallisella alueella, n.10km Rääkkylän keskustasta. Saunassa hyvät löylyt. Omistaja hoiti hyvin viestittelyn ja kaikki sujui hyvin.
