Mama-San and Papa-San are some of the best people I’ve met. They are very kind and very personable. I felt like I was at home or at my grandparents house. They gave me great recommendations on things to do in the area. They treated us like family. I would go back in a heartbeat. They also have great food

Had an absolutely amazing time. Great place to meet new people and easy to get to the slopes. Ado and his staff are super friendly and helped us out 10/10.

The place is secluded, tug a few hundred meters away from the busy main town, yet very accessible to the town and ski resort by foot. I came in the winter and the scenery is just unreal. The house itself is wooden structure and it's warm and very cozy, feel right at home. Even though it is shared bathroom and toilet, they were all maintained very well and clean. I stayed in a single room that is actually large enough to fit three people, which made me very comfortable. Lastly, Ado is an amazing person, straight forward, reasonable, helpful, cool and very friendly. The other staffs were also very chill to vibe with. Overall, my stay here was excellent, and I would recommend this place to anyone who is in no hurry, and just want a place to chill, or just want a cozy place to rewind after a long day of adventure out there. 這間乾淨，溫暖，老闆員工好相處，非常酷又很有家的感覺。是個出去玩一天後可以好好休息的地方。

素晴らしいホストです。お陰でよい旅になりました。家族のように親身になっていろいろ教えて下さいました。ありがとうございました。咲花ゲレンデから歩いて数分なので、スキーブーツのまま滑りに行けました。ドライルームもあって助かりました。部屋もきれいで、朝ご飯も美味しく、夜はバーで呑みながら美味しいご飯をいただきました。またぜひ来たいです。

I felt so lucky to have booked a room at Ado’s place. He was available at all time to assist and went above and beyond to help me after I had a bad injury on the 2nd day of my ski trip. He helped me move around, stay an extra night and also helped me get to my bus stop with all my luggage. I’d 100% stay here again knowing the service level.

My stay at this airbnb was amazing. I had such a good stay that I extended my stay by two days. Kazuki is very helpful. He picked me up from the station and also dropped me off at the end of my stay. We got by with my little Japanese and Kazuki’s little bit of english. Kazuki drove me around all kinds of places, even a sake brewery! I was also able to borrow the bike that is available at the house to go to Lake Biwa. I had lots of fun and would recommend this place to anyone!

Ado was an excellent host going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Staff was so friendly and made eggs for us in the morning with other items for breakfast. Nice and full for a days worth of ski. Place was everything you could want if you’re looking for a quiet and chill but staff was down for a fun night out. Ask Ado where to rent gear from. He knows the spot with the nicest man in town!

Great value onsen hotel. Smarter than the photos or price lead you to think. I stayed in a Japanese style room, which was very spacious. It had its own balcony, a separate seating area by the windows with fridge and teapots, mugs, etc, and a large living / sleeping space. There is an ensuite toilet and sink but the shower is in the onsen on the first floor. I received detailed check in instructions for self check in but there was a receptionist there between 4-11pm on the days I stayed so they checked me in when I arrived. The hotel is located up a hill. This means it is peaceful with super views down the mountain to the sea. However, unless you have a car you will probably rely on the local bus. It is every 40 mins and is very reliable. It departs from across the road from Kinomiya station at 14, 54 and 34 mins past the hour and drops you about 2-3 mins walk from the hotel. It is the number 11 to Ainohara. You can also pick it up from Atami station.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cet hôtel ! Les bains étaient excellents, et l’ambiance de notre appartement rappelait parfaitement le style traditionnel japonais, ce que nous avons adoré ! Le petit-déjeuner inclus dans la prestation était également un vrai plus. Merci beaucoup pour tout ce que vous offrez, je recommande vivement !

Great location and perfect furnishing. Dog friendly amenities. The only problem is that it is so popular that it is difficult to get a reservation.

Really nice place to stay a longer while with family or friends. Absolutely gorgeous surroundings high up on the mountains.

Nous avons passé une nuit avec un groupe de 15 amis. Le logement était impeccable, les chambres confortables, le Onsen reposant et le jardin parfait pour faire un petit feu de camp. Je recommande fortement !

サウナとジャグジーとバーベキューと焚き火という最高なアウトドアの組み合わせを、大自然の中で満喫できて最高でした♡都心からもアクセスが良いので、さくっと週末にいくのに良いスポットです！ドライヤーもしっかり乾くものが置かれているので、女性も助かると思います。

お世話になりました！大学同期との卒業旅行で利用させていただきましたが、貸切の対応をしてくださり、他の宿泊者を気にすることなくくつろげました！ 素敵なキッチンテラスでBBQもでき、大満足です！ ヨーロッパのようなお部屋もとても可愛らしく、ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです！

チェックインからアウトまで気持ちよく過ごすことができました！ 立地もよく清潔感もあってよかったです。 BBQも柔軟に対応していただき、楽しい旅になりました！ また行きたいです！

川沿いの可愛いコテージに泊まれて、温泉も良く大満足です
