We offer a stylish house with a private hot spring bath in Koshimadani. It is a 7-minute walk from the Saru-no-Chaya bus stop, making it very convenient. (The front road is a steep slope.) The natural hot spring baths are constantly replenished by the source spring and can be enjoyed 24 hours a day. The hot spring source is Kowakudani Onsen, which is weakly alkaline. We also have a★ BBQ space for your convenience! (We also provide equipment for rent. We will charge you 4,000 yen after use. ) We have introduced a★ bioethanol heater for★ winter only. Please let me know when you use it. We'll charge you 2,000 yen after use. Parking for 2 cars is available on site. A spacious, 221-year-old private house in the center of Tsumagojuku!

This is an old house built 221 years ago, located in the center of Tsumago-juku. The 20-tatami living room has a sunken hearth (currently unavailable) and you can enjoy the old Japanese private house. There are 3 bedrooms, so you can stay with a large number of people, such as family and friends. No meals are provided. You are welcome to use the full kitchen freely. There is a backyard at the end of the dirt floor that continues from the entrance, and you can walk around freely. Equipped with WiFi and an automatic lifting table, teleworking is also possible for long-term stays. Please have a relaxing time in this quiet old house. We look forward to seeing you ！

This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts.
