Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Tōkai Region

The room is very clean and large, the kitchen is well equipped, there is a bath tub, a vending machine at the door, and a 711 next door.But it's not very friendly for people without a car, you have to go up a particularly steep slope, it's inconvenient to drag your luggage and take a taxi.There are two rooms, the room is the sinking type, it is not very convenient to take luggage.But the air conditioning is pretty good.I feel that it is suitable for people with a cook and driver at home to come for a vacation, but not suitable for students to come for team building.

Great location! Nishiki market was a 2 minute walk. Family mart was just around the corner. Everything was close and convenient. We love the free refreshments and some nice gifts when we arrived. We love it so much we’re already planning my next trip. LOL

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. I used it because the scenery in the photos was nice.Airi was also very polite and quick to respond.The room was clean, and all the furniture was stylish, and we had a wonderful time.When I contacted them about the amenities on the morning of the day, they responded immediately, which was very helpful.

Excellent home. Exactly as per photos - very cute and very functional. 5 minutes walk to station and bus stops to everywhere. A 2 minutes walk to Konbini and local supermarket with great fresh sushi and sashimi. The bathtub looking onto the private courtyard was very welcome after a day of walking!

Hands down one of the best airbnb we ever rented. The place was clean, and well equiped, everything was fairly new and easy to use. We enjoyed the little details, like the washrobes and the coffee left for us, also the best thing waiting for us was the air conditioner turned on, perfect for these hot and torrid days in kyoto. Highly recommend!

Our group had an amazing stay. The location was great! It was within walking distance to a lot of places and train stations. The home was spacious enough for our group of 8 and even had swim trunks provided for the jacuzzi on the rooftop patio which was a plus . Would recommend!

Great place to stay. Very clean and spacious. Great walkable location for us. Would 100% recommend. The host gave us lots of local recommendations and we even managed to catch a local festival because of it.

Lovely stay in Ieno house. Really beautiful and homely and the outdoor tub/ onsen was lovely. Area wise it’s nice and quiet with cafes as you walk around. Theres a bus stop about 7minutes walk and a subway maybe 8 minutes walk so it’s nicely connected. The bedding was comfortable as well. We found lots of plant based breakfast places around the area too. Honestly love Kyoto and this place as a base was a perfect balance for us.

We stayed at Takeshi’s place for 6 days during our first visit to Kyoto and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house was lovely and very clean, had a great kitchen, and we really enjoyed the outdoor garden and shower/bath. Takeshi was a very kind and responsive host and sent a great list of recommendations for the area. The neighborhood was quiet but close to transportation. The stairs are steep so keep that in mind if you have small children, but for 4 adults it was no issue at all. I highly recommend staying here during a visit to Kyoto!

The sauna was turned on in advance at the check-in time, and I was able to enjoy the sauna immediately.They were happy to accept our requests, which was helpful, and I had a very good impression

This stay was a B&B that we all praised. It is very close to the subway entrance, and there are many condiments, oil, soy sauce, etc. in the kitchen, coffee, tea, and the bed and bathroom in the room are also very clean.It was well received by the family.It was very nice.I will choose this place again next time I come to Nagoya.

The location was nice and very secluded, we were originally worried that the parking spot was too narrow, but the parking spot for a medium-sized car was just right.The house has two floors, it is a little troublesome to carry luggage (probably too many luggage), the double bed on the first floor is very comfortable, the underground is a tatami bed, we are not very used to it, so there was a bunk bed (the owner packed it up).The inside of the house is very clean and elegant, there are also two floors, there is plenty of space in the hot spring room, and we also enjoy the hot spring every day.There are also many attractions along the way, it is a very perfect place to stay ~ We will come again next time, many attractions have not been visited yet! This place was the perfect peaceful getaway. I was greeted by the host upon arrival and shown everything about the space and property. It was about a 5 min drive to the lake. The sauna/cold tub/hot tub cost extra but was a great addition. Gorgeous property and immaculate, private guest house to stay in. Would love to stay here again!

It was very easy to understand and polite.The inn is surrounded by nature and in a calm location, and there were many places to visit nearby, such as suspension bridges and cafes, so it was nice.In addition, you can rent an electric bicycle, so I was able to easily walk around the area.I'd love to stay again.

I have used it before, and this time the check-in location was different, but I was informed in advance, and it was very smooth. It was very clean, the view was beautiful, and the directions were easy to understand. There were a lot of people staying, but they handled it very nicely, making sure there were enough amenities and dishes. Thanks to you, I had a very pleasant stay.

Well-equipped, quiet surroundings, lots of deer in the forest, great views of Mt. Fuji.

Yume's place was amazing. We loved the hot spring bath. A few things to note, beds are quite hard, not many food options around but you can cook if you come prepared, taxis are really hard to find, even when it is a big fare! But that was my fault for not researching more. Overall a great place to stay especially if you have rented a car. Hakone was amazing :)

Anyway, it's fully equipped. Everything is sparkling clean. It is good because it has a high fence as a private space. I'll use it again.
