Our home was built in 1905 with additions in 1996. The Guesthouse was designed as a true ‘in-law’ suite and was constructed in 2010. We're in the historic downtown Toccoa neighborhood where folks still sit on their front porches and greet others as they amble by on the sidewalks. You are welcome to use the rear porch and breezeway during your visit with us. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Multiple private decks provide river views, as well as, wildlife like ducks, blue herring, birds, and the occasional beaver. Private, dead end road access means minimal traffic. Area provides activities like waterfalls, hiking, kayaking, cycling, mountain biking, fishing pier, rafting, sightseeing, etc.
