Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Welcome to this quiet, elegant home in Tjuvkil. Marstrand can be reached by car in 10 minutes and Gullbringa Golf Club in 5. If you want to take the bus, the stop is only a few minutes' walk away. The same thing if you want to go down to the beach and the jetties for a swim. Our small cottage is equipped with two 90 cm beds, a small table with two chairs and a kitchen area with a refrigerator, kettle and microwave. Toilet with shower and sink. There is also a patio with table and chairs.
