Dee was responsive and flexible . She greeted us and showed us around . She lives Nextdoor but was not intrusive at all . She was informative about what to see / do in the area.

An incredibly charming, rustic, simple and comfortable small cottage, in a gorgeous rural setting. Just as advertised. It was perfect. Right across the road is Tivoli Bays, with beautiful trails for walking and hiking, and a small waterfall too. If you like, it's just a short walk to Broadway, the main strip in the village of Tivoli. You'll find a few restaurant options, a small market, sandwich shop, excellent coffee, and homemade ice cream. I met Yuko who couldn't be nicer and was a pleasure to chat with. A great experience all around - highly recommend booking a stay!

Elizabeth, the host, went above and beyond to accommodate me at the last minute (same day booking and check-in) and continued to be gracious and flexible during the days that followed. The cottage is lovely - both country and modern. The grounds are exceptionally beautiful with rolling hills and private trails - part manicured, part wild - which is what I love about Germantown. Elizabeth is a font of local information and stories. Plus, she fosters dogs and I was lucky enough to meet one of them. I'm looking forward to coming back.

Liza was an amazing host. Very kind and responsive to our texts. The cabin is beautiful and so well designed. We felt right at home. Definitely will come back again in the future for some nice quiet time.
