This 400 sq ft studio cottage and deck offers Catskill Mountain sunsets and seclusion, while being just one mile from Main Street (Otto’s market and deli, Central House Tavern, a laundromat and renowned restaurant, Gaskins!) Your farm stay with us helps maintain the land so the dogs we foster thrive.

Distillery Farm House

Clermont is the place to kick off your Hudson Valley visit. Our spacious 4 bedroom renovated 19th century farmhouse sits on our 10 acre farm distillery. We are 20 minutes from Hudson to the North and Rhinebeck to the South, 10 minutes from Red Hook or Tivoli/Bard College, and 1 hour to the slopes. If sampling the Hudson Valley's beer, cider, wine and spirits is on your list of things to do, this is the place for you. 2 wineries, 1 cidery, and 2 breweries are within 5 miles of us.

the farmhouse suite @barn & bike

A 620 sq ft. fully private suite with your own entrance in a beautiful early American eyebrow colonial. The mid-century farmhouse style is highlighted by a darling kitchenette. And don't forget the bathroom hot steam shower! Please note the kitchenette has an induction stove top and convection air fryer toaster oven. It's a great for light cooking. Tivoli Star Gazing Cabin

Down a long driveway, set amongst 100 year old trees and meadows, the cabin offers time in the quiet country though only minutes to the lively village of Tivoli. With a wrap around porch for morning coffee, fire fly viewing or star gazing. It has a soaking tub, with a hand held shower. The cabin is part of our family compound of a main house and a small garden hut. Each property has an independent outdoor space for relaxing and privacy.

This beautiful loft apartment is located in the heart of Germantown- just 0.3 miles from Otto's Market (groceries and deli), And Universal Cafe. " farm to table global inspired classics." We offer tea & coffee in the loft, parking, yard access, wifi, basic amenities, full kitchen and a smart TV that has a fire stick with access to Amazon Prime and Netflix (no cable).

The "cozy cottage" with a rustic feel but all the amenities of a fine hotel- exposed beams-goose down sofas and chairs- old fashioned gas burning stove to keep you warm in the cold winter months. *Please take note that we are not currently serving breakfast due to the pandemic but hope to resume when it is safe to do so.
