It is located under a mile to Buzzards Bay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery and a 5 minute walk to the quiet little neighborhoods private beach on the East Branch of the Westport River. The suite is attached to our home, but is 100% separate w/ private deck entrance (1 flight up), driveway + lake access. Historic Italianate roomy apt with 11ft ceilings in the heart of historic waterfront village. Perfect for anyone, especially lovers of art. This is an artists house and the apt reflects an artists touch. Bicycle path to Providence and Bristol . The hosts own Warren CiderWorks , blocks from the house, with tastings Thursdays-Sundays and Taco Box food truck right next door Because of the pandemic we have created three separate areas outdoors for picnic and barbecue. Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

We are walking distance to Goddard State Park: with horseback riding, boating, beach, golf, biking, picnics, and trails to run & walk. We are midpoint to Providence, Newport, and Narragansett. Many great restaurants & pubs are within 5 miles or less. We are close to public transportation, kayaking, and nightlife. You’ll love our place because of its' privacy, beautiful natural surroundings, lots of amenities, and the peaceful ambiance. Only 10 minutes from the State Greene Airport.
