Vacation rentals with a patio in Tivat

Vom Apartment aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht und die Stadt. Alle Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar und man kommt schnell zum Parkplatz.

Wonderful place, wish it was available a little longer but it was booked. Easy parking, around plenty of restaurants & things to do. There is a gym, pool, supermarket, restaurants & stores all in walking distance. Definitely recommend!

A perfect place to stay in Tivat. Very clean and comfortable apartment with amazing terrace and mountain view. You can easily walk to a port area, it takes around 7 minutes. There are all necessary kitchen stuff exists, so you can cook if you want. Jasmina is very responsible host and helped me with all my requests. Highly recommend

Cet appartement est incroyable sur tous les plans. Je suis restée 28 jours et je n’ai jamais regretté cette location ! Sa localisation est parfaite ! Il suffit de descendre et quitter le bâtiment pour accéder à tous les services proposés dans les alentours (restaurants, boulangerie, boutiques…). À mon arrivée, le logement était chauffé et très propre. Les chauffages fonctionnent très bien ! La cuisine est fonctionnelle. Il y a de quoi faire le ménage, beaucoup de linges de lit et de serviettes. Il y a un étendoir et une machine à laver. Vos vêtements sèchent très vite grâce au chauffage. Bref, tous les éléments ont été réunis afin que je passe un excellent séjour à Tivat !

This is our second stay at Tamara's place, but certainly not a last one. We are already planning to come back next year. We love the place, the location and having Tamara as a host. Everything suits us here, and we love it! ♥️

Büyüleyici bir manzara,tertemiz bir ev,sorunsuz ve hızlk giriş kısacası mükemmel kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ev sahibi cana yakın ve yardımsever.

התארחנו בדירה מהממת שמושלמת לשהייה ארוכה. הדירה מאובזרת ברמה גבוהה מאוד – במטבח יש פשוט הכול, עד הפריט האחרון. מרגישים שחשבו על כל פרט. החדרים מרווחים, מעוצבים בטוב טעם ונוחים מאוד. הכל חדש ונקי, ויש גם מתחם חיצוני ענק עם אזור ברביקיו ופינות ישיבה שפשוט תענוג לבלות בהן – שקט, ירוק, רגוע. החיסרון היחיד הוא המיקום – הדרך לדירה כוללת כביש מפותל, ואם אתם פחות מנוסים בנהיגה הררית זה משהו שצריך לקחת בחשבון. עם זאת, יש חניה פרטית ונוחה צמודה לדירה. לסיכום – חוויה נהדרת! מקום מושלם למי שמחפש שקט, נוחות ואירוח מושקע באמת.

Bu güzel konuma sahip evde konaklamak harikaydı.yatak odanızın penceresi inanılmaz bir manzaraya açılıyor,merkeze gitmek yuruyerek sadece 10 dakika,bu evde tek başıma 3 gece kaldim ve çok güzel bir atmosferi var,2 çift olarak kalmaya da gayet uygun ve yeterli.Sedat Bey'e yüksek ilgisi ve alakası sebebiyle cok teşekkür ederim.

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit einen sehr schönen Ausblick! Ich würde es wieder mieten! Es war fantastisch! Andjela und ihr Personal waren alle sehr sehr freundlich! Kann es nur weiter empfehlen! War echt sehr schön ☺️

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. Great place to stay in Kotor. Denis is an amazing host and very kind. If you have a lot of bags or are less active I would recommend taking a taxi instead of walking to the place. There was an odor which seemed to come from the water or pipes during our stay, but I assume this is common for the area.

Sofia’nın evi görsellerdekiyle birebir, şahane bir manzaraya sahipti. Sofia her sorumuzu itinayla, kısa süre içerisinde yanıtlandırdı. Evin konumu merkeze 25 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Huzurlu 3 gün geçirdik orada. Çok memnun ayrıldık.

We had an amazing stay at Radmila and her family's place. We couldn't have asked for a better host. She was welcoming and caring from the get go. Making sure we felt right at home and insisted that we do not hesitate to ask her if we have any questions or concerns. She gave us recommendations about things to do and how we would best visit the old town in Kotor by car, where to park etc. The beds were comfortable with air conditioning in every room. Plenty of towels available for a group of five. Coffee capsules was provided which was very appreciated. The shower pressure was great. The view from the apartment is amazing. I don't think I've ever had such a beautiful view before. The apartment overlooks the Kotor bay and makes you pinch yourself as if it's not real. Note that a car is ideal for this location as it's higher up in the mountain and around a 5-10 minute drive to the main city of Kotor. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone and I give it a 10/10.

Dank voor het geweldige verblijf! Het uitzicht is subliem. De locatie is centraal; verschillende leuke plekken zijn (per bus) goed te bereiken. Eetplekjes dichtbij, supermarkt voor het hoognodige in de buurt. Vooral de gastvrijheid van Jelena en Nikolai was de kers op de taart. Het begon al met een warm welkom. Je kan voor al je vragen en tips terecht, maar ook voor een gewoon gezellig praatje. We mochten proeven van de eigen gemaakte ‘womens’ en uiteindelijk ‘stronger’ likeur en hier werd uitgebreid over gedeeld. Vonden wij een erg leuke aanvulling op ons verblijf. Al met al echt een aanrader voor een leuke, ontspannen en gezellige plek! Dank!

Perast is the most magical place we have been and the stone house adds to that. For a group it is well equipped, has lots of different spaces to hang out and relax and has amazing views. It is a very short walk into the village. We hope to be back one day to enjoy it for longer!

This place is one of the best positions in the town. A rare place near central part of Tivat and sea where boats are not covering most of the view. You need like 5 min of slow walking to get to the center and there are plenty of infrastructure around. Also this place was really quite and have a good sound proof design. The air conditioners are also very powerfull, so there were very comfortable here. It really is a good place. The owner is very polite and easy to access. No problems at all.

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Excellent! A very nicely appointed and charming clean place, very recently renovated. Very comfortable sofas and living room. Great location in old Town, and good air conditioning units as well as cross ventilation on living room floor. Super host! A little loud at night with the festive old town foot traffic and the historic church bells ringing right outside, but that was the only negative we could find. Loved our stay.

Odličan domaćin, vrlo ljubazan i spreman na dogovor. Apartman je izuzetno čist i lepo održavan.

Highly recommend staying here for your own slice of beautiful Budva old town! The location is PERFECT and instructions made it easy to find. It's on the smaller side but perfect for 1 or 2 adults. The outdoor patio is lush and I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings and wine at night. Would definitely stay again, really relaxing place.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist bezaubernd. Generell haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Schnelligkeit des WIFIs könnte verbessert werden

Lovely place! It was our first time in Montenegro and we couldn’t find a better place to say. Nikola is very reactive, we even had a welcome champagne and chocolate. The place really look like the pictures. Nice view on mountains and the sea, we loved it. The neighborhood is really calm, a lot of cats outside tho (perfect place for cat lovers !) The place is actually located in Dobrota, we booked a car for the week so we could join the center of kotor very fast (10 min). It is was a perfect stay, definitely coming back !! Love Montenegro 😘
