Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Tivat

Kendileri son derece içten ve saygılı idiler. Hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kızımın deniz kolluğunu unutmuştuk nereden alacağımızı sorduk. Kendisi akşama doğru bize hediye etti. Biz onu kullanıp daha sonra başka birine gerekebilir diye tekrardan orada bıraktık. Otopark sorunu yoktu. Kendisine bir konuda özür borçluyuz. Bir meyve bıçağını yanlışlıkla poşetimizde kalmış. Onlara bir ufak meyve bıçağı borcumuz var😅 Her şey için teşekkürler.

Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

Fabulous views from the lovely waterfront patio. We swam 15 feet from our room and heard fish jumping in the night. An A/C is needed for summer. The yard plantings are beautiful.

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. beautiful place, with overlooking views its spotless and the host have welcomed us when we arrived explaining everything inside the room, gave us recommendation for tours and etc. Extremely helpful. The only downside is its high up the hill so if you are not active going up and down the hill is a challenge. Otherwise it is a great place its 20mins walk from the old town.

We had the most wonderful 4 days at Jelena and Nikola’s beautiful place! The view is truly unbeatable and the house is extremely comfortable with a spacious kitchen and lounge, perfect for nights in, and light airy bedrooms with the stunning view of the bay. Jelena and Nikola were away during our stay but made check in very easy and were so good at staying in touch if we had any questions! None of our group had been to Montenegro before and staying in this house and experiencing Tivat and other local areas has made it one of our top European adventures! Cannot recommend it enough!

This is a great place to stay and the host is brilliant. The apartment is a short walk to the old town, harbour, shops, restaurants etc but is far enough away to be peaceful. Aleksander offered to pick us up.from the bus station if it was raining but luckily it stopped when we arrived. The apartment is well equipped ( unlike some other places I've stayed). It has a really good shower. This is an ideal place to stay in Kotor.

Its a nice little spotless studio flat. Perfect for couples and couples with a kid. Host is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

Excelente departamento en una zona tranquila y maravillosa. Acceso a playas a pie ,pagas muy bonitas y publicas también, si lo desean. Restaurantes muy buenos para ir caminado y comer mirando el paisaje maravilloso al borde del mar. Si quieres ir al centro , debes tener auto o un taxi pero solo lo recomiendo una vez para conocerlo. Quedarse allí ,en la zona del piso es lo más recomendable. La anfitriona de lujo!! Súper amable , siempre asesorándonos paseos, restaurantes y sugerencias de la vida cotidiana , por ejemplo , anticipándonos que los domingos cierran los supermercados, que lo tengamos en cuenta . Súper , súper recomendable !!

Bölge sessiz, sakin bir yer arayanlar için harika. Üstelik Kotor Oldtown yürüme mesafesinde. Evin önünde körfez sularında yüzme imkanınız var. Otoparkının olması büyük bir avantaj. Ilija gece geç saatte bile bana otopark konusunda yardımcı oldu. Fiyat bütçenize uyuyorsa iyi bir seçenek olacaktır.

A rare gem to find! We had an absolutely amazing time in the apartment. It had everything we needed, extra linens and towels, it was incredibly comfortable, cozy sofa, a perfectly arranged living space made us feel right at home. The kitchen was a delight, spacious, well-stocked, and having a dishwasher and oven was a game changer for our dinners. The place was spotless when we arrived, and Ruzanna even let us check in a few hours early. She’s an great host, she even gave us a 7am lift to the airport. We’ll definitely stay here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND⭐️

Perfect little apartment. Compact and everything one could need was there. One of the few apartments with a washer/dryer - very important if you’ve been on the road for a while. Nespresso machine with some pods provided was a bonus. Definitely recommend it.

Angelika's apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen is fully equipped and we had everything we needed in the apartment. It was very easy to get to and get in (a note for anyone wondering about transport from the airport - all car hire places nearby offer airport transfer as this is a very short distance. Taxi will be expensive but if you're not hiring a car, they are easily available). Everything is easily walkable around the apartment and you are 2 minutes from the sea front and harbour. There are many great restaurants here and you can walk west along the sea for as long as you wish. Angelika responded quickly to any questions and we would stay again.

Denize olan yakınlığı sayesinde çok keyifli yürüyüşler yapabilirsiniz . Özenle dizayn edilmiş bir ev. Evden daha güzel olan şey ise ev sahiplerinin sıcakkanlılığı ve samimiyetleri harika insanlar tanıma fırsatını bana sundukları için teşekkür ediyorum.

We had a wonderful stay. The view from this apartment is breathtaking. It’s out of town enough to be quiet and not too hectic, but an easy stroll away, saving you from fighting through traffic and parking hassles as Kotor Main Street is very busy. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we need, plus lots of extra touches (coffee pods, toiletries, washing powder etc). The washer and dryer was such a blessing and the private parking space made for an stress-free arrival. Friendly and responsive host, great communication and helped straight away when we had an issue. Would highly recommend.

Parfait. Un peu loin de kotor à pied. Mais nous avions la voiture. Un peu tout terrain mais ensuite c’est parfait. L’appartement est top. Merci.

Great location and very comfortable bed. Walking distance to everything in old town. Room was lovely and cool (amazing aircon) and terrace had a beautiful view. We were allowed to check in early and Nikola was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Would stay again!

Wonderful stay in an absolutely stunning setting! The views are breathtaking and even better than the picture! Irena was extremely responsive, gave great recommendations and was able to support very quickly. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches such as sun beds & umbrellas to take to the beach and all the essentials such as coffee, tea, shower gel etc. I feel you do need a car as it’s 10 minutes via car to Kotor or Perast. It’s quite a considerable incline up to the apartment from the water & nearest shops so something to keep in mind. We were travelling with our 2 year old daughter and whilst it was definitely possible it was a bit of a challenge with the steps! She absolutely loved the swimming pool and the large terrace to play. Irena was even so kind to install Disney+ on the tv before our arrival which was so thoughtful. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb it was great value and we were grateful it was peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of Kotors old town.

Stefan's property is wonderful and has beautiful views of the bay only thing that may be an issue for some is it is not walkable to Kotor as footpaths disappear at some points along the narrow road into Kotor requiring us to get Taxis to get around which was not a bother for us.

Great apartment with a beautiful view! Popular destinations are within easy walking distance, as well as supermarkets and a shopping center. We had a great time in Kotor at this apartment.

Ce séjour chez Nikola était super ! L’emplacement est idéal, à la fois proche de la mer et des villes côtières aux alentours. Nikola nous a conseillé de nombreuses adresses et nous le remercions. La maison est petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Nous pouvions aussi utiliser la grande terrasse pour manger c’était très agréable et surtout très calme :) Il y a également un parking gratuit et des petits commerces aux alentours ainsi que plusieurs restaurants et bars. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et reviendrai avec plaisir :)

The house was in a really great location and had everything we needed. The bed linens and towels were very clean and smelled wonderful. In the evening, you can enjoy the balcony and during the day, you can even work at the bar on the balcony. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Igor & Boris, you are very kind hosts!
