Thanks again! Very nice, spacious apartment with a beautiful seaview. The aircon is very good and the TV is very big. Really appreciate the late check out time! And really appreciate the welcome Christmas gifts. *The place really needs a smoke alarm in the kitchen area, made us a bit nervous that there's none for when cooking *The hot water jug needs to be replaced as its not hot it only gives warm water *The toilet is creaking a bit, it needs to be looked at for maintenance

Very nice stay in this apartment. Well arranged apartment with all the amenities you need. Great if you have to go to a concert in Eden Park. I would highly recommend it.

Awesome place to stay to catch-up with family and friends. Considering the place is located smack bang in central Auckland it's incredibly quiet on the bedroom level. Spa was so relaxing, lots of boards wicked movie room, and lots of space to cook together. A little maintenance required on a few amenities. But overall it was a great stay and Craig was super helpful and accomodating. Would book again.

Stewart was wonderful and kind and a great host. He responded quickly and got anything I needed. The flat was absolutely breathtaking! I had my own kitchen my own little area. The bed was comfy. I asked for a fan he gave me a fan it was fabulous. The shower was hot not a lot of water pressure, but that didn’t bother me. I also was told before hand that because it was right by restaurants and bars it was loud on the weekend, but that didn’t affect my stay at all. I actually kind of liked the noise it made me feel immersed in the culture. I give it five stars and would recommend this place to anybody and everybody. Nice neighborhood, great restaurants all in a short walk. Close to public transport to downtown and beaches. Lovely stay.

Matilda’s place was a lovely place to stay. Easy check in, great amenities and convenient location. Although there was a bit of noise from the bars nearby, it was an overall good experience.

Great stay well equiped with a welcome bottle of wine and chocolates Andy was great to deal with with great communication

Elenas Property was a great stay ! Huge Kitchen space really spacious all together and private and peaceful balcony. Really enjoyed the stay and Elena was a really good responsive host whenever needed. Would recommend. 🙂

Good host with a very presentable house that was clean and tidy in close proximity to the airport.

This place was a little tricky to find BUT Viv was there for check-in and helped us out so much. She was responsive with her communication and made us feel at home. The small backyard was beautiful and the inside was cosy and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Jo’s place. The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Jo was an amazing host—super accommodating and always quick to communicate. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Auckland. Highly recommend!

We found Rachel's place to be even better than what was written about it. Rachel had everything generously stocked: kitchen supplies, crockery and utensils, bathroom supplies and everything you could need for your stay. It was an easy walking distance to the New World Supermarket and shops and cafes. We so enjoyed our stay at her place will look forward to staying there again, when next we visit our family. It was great experience to stay in Hitesh's room. It was totally private, fully organized and decorated with lots of decorative things. Every facility was given whichever we needed and even more than that. Overall, our trip to Auckland became wonderful because of staying in this beautiful cozy bedroom. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a lovely new warm place to spend your holiday, great location and comfortable beds to sleep in. We stayed for a week with family and it was amazing, the atmosphere was not boring afterwards. You can indulge yourself in with beauty sleep while the sun is freshly shining. The rooms were so private even though it’s next to each other. Love the arm swing chair. Bathroom is spacious and the rain shower/temp control system is one of the highlights. We all enjoyed it so much. Mike was always very responsive and friendly. We will be back! Highly recommend!🥰🥰🥰

This place felt like home and great for our family who had to travel to Auckland at short notice. We didn’t need to bring anything extra, as everything we needed was provided. The house is easy to find, good off street parking, and no surprises.

20 min walking to the hospital a small but nice room . isla is a very friendly. it was nice to see somebody after a whole at the hospital.

This was a very enjoyable Airbnb experience for us. The unit was great - top floor, well furnished & clean as shown in the listing. The location was amazing - great view of the Sky Tower from the balcony, quiet neighbors, close enough to walk almost anywhere downtown. The host provided detailed info for arrival and communicated well with us in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment was beautifully presented, and the location was very convenient. John’s responsiveness made it possible for us to book on short notice, for which we were very grateful. All in all, everything was flawless.
