House is nice and clean. Location is peaceful and near to bus stand all famous places.I had a great stay.

Giri was very helpful and accommodative to most of our requests. Safe and tidy place to stay.

It’s good stay in budget for family. The facilities were there, only thing which can be improved is cleaning (one bathroom out of three wasn’t cleaned properly). I would recommend this to anyone looking for accommodation nearby bus/railway station.

Excellent stay with very cleaned and fresh.

It is a lovely 2bhk that is new and is very neat. It’s very close to Tiruchanur temple. Extra mattress was provided on request. The house is little inside from the main road and currently only has a muddy approach road, however there is CCTV security for checking surroundings outside from the hall of the house. Can easily get autos if you book through any app. Food delivery apps also service in this area. Overall a nice and clean stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The penthouse was spotless, beautifully maintained, and located on the top floor with an incredible view. It had all the basic amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. Pavan’s hospitality was exceptional. From helping us book a cab service to regularly checking in to ensure we reached the listing safely at night, he truly went above and beyond. He’s very accommodating, easy to reach out to, and speaks both English and Hindi fluently, which made communication smooth. The caretaker was also kind and helpful throughout our stay. Pavan is a fantastic host and definitely deserves to be on the Airbnb platform! 📍Location Tip: The railway station is just 15 minutes away, and for food lovers, PS4 restaurant is a must-visit—especially their PS4 Special Biryani (pure veg)! I had an exceptional stay at Layas's! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the warm welcome. The apartment was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and had all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook my own meals. The location was perfect—close to all the major temples, yet quiet and peaceful. Suneel and his parents were very hospitable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I’ll definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this apartment in Tirupati. Our group of eight stayed on the second floor, and the place was spacious, comfortable, and felt just like home. It’s in a convenient location with plenty of restaurants just a short 5-10 minute drive away. Our host, Sasikala Andee, was incredibly kind, polite, and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were also courteous and attentive. We had no issues at all, and my parents especially loved the experience. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay—highly recommended!

Amazing hosts, took care of our dog when we went out. Clean and well maintained home. I will definitely stay here again next time. Thanks for the amazing stay. They even helped to courier my jacket which I had forgotten there.

Great place to stay and good staff. the location in the Google Maps was misleading. the staff responded and guided to correct location. only con was the Geyser will work only on a sunny day.

The workers and manager was very helpful and kind to us. It was listed as cooking equipment is available but when we arrived it was not. But the manager was kind enough to arrange all our needs. Very thankful for it. Will surely recommend this place.
