There are bars and restaurants just 20-30 meters and a big supermarket just 10 meters. The Lake of Tirana is just 10 min walk. The apartment is on the existing building new renovated. There's is no elevator but the stairs are smooth. It's 5 min walk from Skanderbeg Square and few minutes walk to Blloku area
