The terrace overlooking the sea🌊 is a small characteristic apartment that belonged to my great-great-grandfather, located in the picturesque harbor of Riomaggiore. Beach, downtown, restaurants, station and ferries are a short distance away. Unique place to spend mornings to drink coffee and evenings while sipping a local wine, watching sunrise and sunset in the first row!🌅🍷 I hope it brings luck to couples as it did to my grandparents.🥰 *If you are more than 2 people, we recommend the apartment to families!There is little privacy.

Beautiful condo in an excellent location. Linda (our host) was very kind and helpful. Definitely the best place to stay in Riomaggiore. Walkable to many restaurants and local attractions, a must do is the walk of vía de la amore with amazing views. I recommend this condo 100%

The selling point here is definitely the panoramic view! From the good-sized terrace, you can see the entire Portovenere harbor plus the entrance to La Spezia bay plus a shot of the sea off to the right end of town. We could have spent hours just watching the ships and little boats go by. Truly a glorious sight! It's an easy walk down to the harbor where there are shops and lots of good places to eat plus the church of San Pietro overlooking the sea. The apartment is bright and sunny with big windows in the living/kitchen area meant to be open to the views. The living room has a big screen TV with streaming channels and big comfy sofas so very relaxing! On the downside, the beds are not very comfortable, and the kitchen could use some real enhancing for those who want to cook. Nicolo was always responsive to any queries.

The apartment exceeded our expectations beginning with the warm welcome in the parking garage by Gianluca who helped us park and who carried our bags up the two flights of steep stairs. It was a great surprise when we arrived to receive a bottle of local wine and an appetizer of focaccia and pesto as a welcome gift to celebrate our 20th anniversary! We felt right at home in the beautifully renovated apartment in the center of PV with an incredible water and harbor view. Gianluca answered all our questions quickly. He even replaced our iron with a brand new one when I mentioned ours didn’t work. After 10 nights in PortoVenere we hated to leave! We will be back!

Totally impressed with how great of a host Alessandro was! He was always on top of his response time and made our stay so worth it. He gave great local recommendations and was an all around 10/10 host. I would recommend anyone to book with him as he is extremely reliable.

Very private space with a big balcony overlooking the sea. House has everything you need. Barbara was great to communicate with and greeted us upon our arrival. Bus and boats just down the street. It was a nice area to explore with public beaches nearby. Thanks Barbara!
