Our smaller unit is like a hotel room. It has a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa. You have your own small kitchen. A patio in the front that over looks the back yard and the burn pit. The small bathroom has a fabulous shower and plenty of hot water. Stocked with fluffy towels and comfy bedding this place is truly a hideaway. The kitchenette has a microwave, nice slice fridge and plenty of other kitchen utensils and dishes.

We are located 2 miles off I 35 in Decatur City. 10 minutes from Graceland College in Lamoni. 10 minutes from Little River Lake and have parking for boats and outdoor outlet available for charging boat batteries. We had a great stay in the west bin. The beds were super soft. They had everything we could have needed in there. I did find the stairs a bit hard to get up and down, but they’re very beautifully made. Just gotta take it really slow.

RView Farm-Iowa Farm House.

We were in Iowa from Texas for a graduation in a nearby town. RView Farm was the perfect place for our family to stay. We loved the peaceful setting. Our kids ran and played outside for hours and the fire pit extended our time outside even at night. The beautiful deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee and sunshine and our favorite place to eat our meals while enjoying all the lovely bird song. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets for a cozy movie night when it was stormy out. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, as well as a table big enough for our family of 6. It was a wonderful stay. We highly recommend!!

We had a fabulous stay at the New Virginia Bison Ranch Cabin! The attention to detail was top notch, and the place was immaculate. I felt so comfortable and confident knowing it was clean. The linens smelled fresh. They really paid attention to every detail. The kitchen was wonderful to cook and hang out in. The kids absolutely loved the bunk loft and play room. Adults loved sitting outside, and we got a couple of close up bison sightings! The Airbnb was well stocked and as described. It was the perfect place to stay for a family wedding in Osceola!
