I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very comfortable and provided the basics. Heather also checked in to make sure everything was going good which was really nice. Such a perfect townhouse. View is amazing, well stocked with essentials, and quiet location. You can hear traffic on the 101, but it wasn’t an issue for us. You can actually hear the ocean a good amount of the time, and the trail to the beach is well marked and maintained by the HOA. Would 100% stay again.

Happy to find this lovely house during our Oregon Coast trip. Manzanita is one of our favorite spots, and this home made our trip comfy and welcoming. We'd love to come back with relatives!

Hillary’s cottage was perfect! It was such a quaint little area and the cottage was adorable with every amenity one could think of. The colors and beach theme added to the coziness and overall experience!

We had a wonderful time in Pacific City! The house is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. We had everything we needed; the host was very reactive as well as flexible regarding check out time, which we very much appreciated. The beach is very close by (a 5-minute walk). Would highly recommend—can't wait to be back!

I love the place for my daughters family of 3 ! The house is cozy. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom is clean. A lots of kids and cookbooks and sand toys plus 4 bicycles ;) I especially love how convenient the location is, so walkable to every where! I wish I have a place like this in town. We had a wonderful stay at this charming condo! The location couldn’t be better—just about 50 steps to the beach and within walking distance to Joe’s for coffee and all the cute shops downtown. The space was very comfortable and homey, with comfy beds. One of our favorite parts was falling asleep to the sound of the ocean through the open windows in the back bedroom—absolutely magical. The front door code was a little tricky at first, but once we figured it out, it was smooth sailing. We also really enjoyed exploring the area. Highly recommend checking out the Old Cedar Boardwalk Preserve just down the street, grabbing breakfast at Wanda’s, and trying the pizza at Lakeside Bar and Restaurant—it was delicious! If you’re into hiking, Short Sand Creek offers a great nature walk, and Cape Lookout is a longer, muddier trek, but totally worth it for the stunning views. Overall, a fantastic and relaxing stay with incredible views. We’d love to come back soon and highly recommend!!

The location was great, very walkable to the beach across 101, access to the lake was a huge bonus, and the inside was super clean and fresh. I had a small issue with the hot tub (the power had tripped) and the owner responded right away and helped us fix it immediately. The kids loved the bonus space above the garage. I would recommend some additional comforters for the bunk beds or access to additional blankets (we only found 1 extra but were using both beds). Both beds in each bedroom were sufficiently warm and beds were comfortable. Everything worked and we had a great weekend stay!

This was a great stay for our family. Excellent deck with great views. Trail down the beach is narrow but still fun and allows quick access (say 5 min. or so). Great amenities including a ping pong table!

The property offers beautiful views of the ocean. It was the perfect space for a large family Mother’s Day getaway on the coast. We had a wonderful experience exploring the town and making a nightly bonfire on the beach. The house appeared as described but needs a few cosmetic improvements and requires that you enter/exit through the street-level bedroom. Overall, I recommend it to families or groups of friends looking for a fun and relaxing coastal escape. The host was kind and responsive.

Tide and Timber was such a great stay and Katie was a fantastic host. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The house was clean, in a quiet area and super cozy. Dog friendly and very spacious for even a big group. Will definitely be staying here again.

We loved our time at Rockaway and wish we could have stayed longer! The location and views were amazing; the beach accessories with chairs, umbrellas and games were a nice added bonus! Definitely looking forward to coming back for a future beach weekend!

Beautiful surroundings! The house is great! There is a lot of stairs but they were ok for us. The food choices around were not very good in our opinion. It is right across the street from a convenience store, which is very nice. The coffee maker was amazing and the coffee supplied was yummy! We could not find any instructions to the house as far as check out instructions so we just did the usual of what other rentals ask.

already planning on our return. very clean townhome and loved the hot tub and proximity to the beach. only downside was all the stairs, but we were fine with it

The Only Thing Rocky Was the Departure: This is the kind of vacation that you will compare all others to. You are right on the ocean and can hear the waves roar. The view from the main bedroom and good-sized en suite bathroom is bright and pristine. The bed is so incredibly comfortable—from the moment I laid down (I think it’s latex and memory foam). The pillows are from Casper (I checked because I want to get some myself). The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could want to cook, including spices, pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils, cutlery, plates, and really nice wine glasses. There is a deck just off the living room and the second floor main bedroom, so you can look out and listen to the Pacific. There is a bowl along with towels for the dog, folding chairs for the beach, board games galore. We were there just for the weekend so only had one full day, taking several walks on Rockaway beach. The downside: checkout is at 11:00. Ideally it would be never.

Great place to stay in Rockaway. It has literally everything you could need. David was immediately responsive to any questions. The basketball hoop was out of batteries and he got it taken care of quickly so my son could play. The game room and hot tub were awesome to have.

We had a great stay at Mallorie's place. We loved being right next to the ocean and enjoyed the decks with the hottub and firepit. Mallorie was super responsive and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

The place was big & spacious and the view was amazing! It was quiet & we had a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms to choose from, 3 bathrooms, & a garage to use if we wanted (we didn’t but it’s a nice option esp in colder months). I loved the jacuzzi tub & the beautiful view from the window of the master bathroom which was off of the master room, the bathroom (separate shower, tub, toilet, and walk in closet). I loved that they had central heat & cooling, plus lots of windows to open and close, and a balcony up top from the master room. They were a little limited on kitchen supplies but we made it work.The host responded back in a timely fashion whenever needed, and gave local recommendations! There was no privacy in the kitchen area because there was no curtains/blinds. We had fun playing uno (that they provided) & enjoyed using the bbq! The view alone was worth it!

Beautiful home, very comfortable. Stocked with everything you need. We love that we could walk to the beach and to restaurants. I needed help with the lock and they were very responsive. Loved our stay!!!

We loved our stay! Especially traveling with a toddler, the space was easy for us to navigate but comfortable/homey. They had a pack-n-play and areas to set it up that were dark enough for a picky sleeper (underrated travel need!). Close to shops and beach and the hot tub was lovely after a windy day on the coast. Overall was a great stay!

we had 6 people staying all together. there was plenty of room and the house was immaculate. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you are attending an event at the nearby casino. Dawn was a great host and communicated perfectly.
